A Reddit user, INGWR, explains that he received a key for the beta without pre-ordering the game. He shared the trick with the public, thus giving many players the chance to participate in the beta for free. However, keep in mind that the EA support is being deceived to gain advantages. We cannot guarantee that EA won’t take action as a result.
Players go to the official EA support website (Here it is: help.ea.com) and select their desired platform. According to Reddit instructions, they should select “Codes and Promotions” and narrow the topic down to “invalid code”.
INGWR writes that in the text field, you should write an interesting reason, such as that the code from the retailer didn’t work or that you didn’t receive a key. After that, players select their region, log in, and receive two emails after submitting the ticket.
