This week in the fantasy MMORPG Skyforge , some gods are going up while others are going down. The patch is shaking up the balance.
This Wednesday, the next major update for Skyforge, “War’s Onset,” will introduce Pantheon Wars and primarily focus on rebalancing the classes.
They have looked at which classes are particularly popular and which are less appealing. This data will inform their balancing.
They want to capture the burst damage of some DPS classes (probably the kineticists) without reducing their DPS value. Classes without burst will receive a boost instead.
The two support classes Alchemist and Lightkeeper will undergo extensive revisions. This has already been revealed. Here, aura mechanics will increase the values of allies based on the spirit value of the supporter.
The team at Allods has not yet disclosed the exact details; players are urged to wait for the patch notes if they want to know whether their favorite class can still pack a powerful punch starting Wednesday or if it might be a bit weaker.
