The mixer streamer Shroud finds weaknesses in Call of Duty: Warzone once again. He criticizes the numerous vehicles that he believes have no place there.
Shroud complains about this: The former Counter-Strike pro is actually a veteran in shooters, but he still can’t quite get into Warzone. Although he plays it often, he recently talked about balance issues that seem unsolvable to him.
Now he mentions the vehicles that are in Warzone. For him, they don’t quite fit into the battle royale and should be removed.
Shroud doesn’t need vehicles – Why?
This is what the streamer says: He explains that one can run fast anyway. He says: “I think they should turn off vehicles altogether. You run pretty fast already, you can cross the map quickly just by running.”
Shroud compares it to H1Z1: The streamer also compares the game to the failed battle royale H1Z1. He says: “It feels like H1Z1 solos, where you drive around in a car and when the time is right, just blow it up or run over other players with the car. It feels like H1Z1, but the problem is, it’s much harder to blow a vehicle up in Warzone.”
Shroud then also says that the balance of vehicles in H1Z1 was right, which is not the case in Warzone. There, you could use vehicles as a weapon and easily blow them up as a dangerous projectile. In Warzone, that doesn’t work and cars and trucks often serve as a secure hiding place.
How valid are Shroud’s statements? Vehicles in Warzone are not a safe place and can be easily blown up. Old tricks from Battlefield can even help with that. Whether Shroud’s statement that they are hard to destroy is true, remains to be seen.
We recommend in our tips for Warzone that you should have a rocket launcher with you. Usually, one shot is enough and you can destroy the enemy’s car. This way, you not only take out the vehicle, but also, with some luck, a whole enemy team.
