The developer studio Runewaker will announce a new game next week. The creators of Runes of Magic and Dragon’s Prophet are not revealing much about it.
RPG, MOBA or…?
The previous titles from Runewaker are classic MMOs. Will the new game follow this trend? Initial concept images have surfaced and suggest that it could also be a MOBA like League of Legends. The screen shows several heroes, with an army of huge golems in the background.
However, this would be a bold step, as the developers from Taiwan have only made a name for themselves in the MMORPG genre so far.
Playable at the Taipei Game Show
After Runewaker wants to reveal more information next week, visitors of the Taipei Game Show can take a closer look at the upcoming game. The game fair takes place at the end of January. We are curious about which genre the new Runewaker game will ultimately be categorized into.
