Revelation Online will have a system of various equipment items, like most MMORPGs . The coolest items will always be those that we craft ourselves.
Revelation Online, the impressive MMORPG from China, features a complex item system. Items are categorized by their power into gray, green, blue, purple, and golden items. Gray items are useless, while blue items require completing special quests, and purple items can only be obtained in dungeons and from world bosses.
Go for Gold!
The best items are golden ones, specifically those that we can start crafting from level 37. According to the developers, there won’t be anything better than these gold items. To ensure that our ‘goldie’ doesn’t become useless later on, we can also upgrade it and even swap stats. A similar procedure has already been introduced by the Asian fighting MMO Blade & Soul, and World of Warcraft: Legion offers a similar system with artifact weapons.
Items in Revelation Online also have five main attributes and can have a selection of 33 secondary stats. The main attributes are interesting for specific hero types, while the secondary stats indicate whether an item increases our chance for critical hits or improves our resistance to certain types of damage. Through fine-tuning, we can also change these attributes afterwards.
