For the upcoming game Revelation Online, an animated film is in production. We have a teaser trailer for you.
Revelation Online is currently still in closed beta, but the developers want to promote the game significantly at launch and appear in multimedia formats. To ensure Revelation Online reaches as many fans as possible – and also attracts new ones – NetEase has commissioned the animation studio Sparkly Key Animation to create an animated film based on the game.
Nothing is known yet about the exact story of the film, but the trailer already hints that it will be inspired by Japanese anime series, meaning: dramatically slow-moving villains, magical girls, and an adversary of epic proportions. Whether the final film will ever be released in English is still unknown.
