It’s once again free game time for the online shooter Rainbow Six Siege. This coming weekend, you can play for free again.
Who is the event meant for? All players who have not played Rainbow Six Siege yet but have been considering it, will get the chance to check out the online shooter during the free weekend.
When can you play for free? The event starts tomorrow, May 17, and runs until May 21. It’s an extended weekend. Here are the exact times for each platform:
- PS4: May 17, 3 PM to May 21, 3 PM
- PC: May 17, 7 PM to May 20, 10 PM
- Xbox One: May 17, 9 AM to May 21, 9 AM

How do I join? On PS4, search for Rainbow Six Siege in the PSN store and download the free version. On Xbox One, you’ll find the client in the Xbox Store – and you can even play without an Xbox Live Gold membership. On PC, download the game through the Uplay launcher.
What can I play during the free weekend? You can play the complete game, including all maps and operators.
What if I want to continue playing after the weekend? If you like Rainbow Six Siege and would like to continue playing after the weekend, you can unlock the full version with a purchase. Your progress made during the free weekend will carry over.
