Together you fight your way forward and have to solve small puzzles along the way. The settings are beautiful, and the game is designed to be charming and relaxing, even though it is an action-adventure.

What kind of game is this? Persona 5 Royal is a mix of JRPG and dungeon crawler. You are part of the Phantom Thieves, a group of students living in Tokyo. Then you delve into the subconscious of people – these are basically the dungeons – and you must purify their dark hearts.
The game focuses on brief but action-packed battles. However, the main focus is on the story with exciting dialogues. Persona 5 originally was released in 2016 but has been reworked and now differs significantly from the original game.

What kind of game is this? Demon’s Souls was the original start of the popular Souls games. The remake for the PS5 is a remake that lets you experience the battles again with improved graphics.
You enter a dark fantasy world and must prove yourself against a summoned demon known as “the Ancient”. This casts a fog over the land that produces terrible creatures.
The battles are tough, as you would expect – you will likely have to face bosses several times before you can defeat them.

What kind of game is this? This is also a remake. The horror classic Resident Evil 4 has been re-released. The game originally came out in 2005.

Using various gun and melee weapons, you fight your way through as Leon Kennedy and defeat numerous zombies.

You choose between two game modes. In Adventure Mode, the goal is to complete each stage one after the other, while in Effect Mode, the classic Tetris principle of high scores takes center stage.

On your escape attempts, the gods of Olympus support you with various power-ups. After each death, you can spend your earned resources in Hades’ palace for different buffs and new weapons.
Moreover, you follow different storylines and romance options, which can also give you an in-game advantage and keep the game interesting even after numerous successful escape attempts.

What kind of game is this? God of War: Ragnarök is the continuation of the popular action-adventure God of War, which was released in 2018. You take on the role of Kratos and Atreus, who travel through various worlds in search of answers to prevent the impending end of the world.
You fight your way through beautiful landscapes and face various creatures and boss enemies along the way. Within the story, you experience a Nordic saga, both in the first and the second parts of the game.
Additionally, you level up abilities and have various weapons to choose from – such as the Leviathan Axe, Chaos Blades, and the Guardian Shield.

What kind of game is this? Elden Ring comes from the same developer as Dark Souls and Demon’s Souls. It is an epic in a dark world, the story of which was also contributed to by the Game of Thrones author George R.R. Martin.
Unlike in The Witcher or Assassin’s Creed, there is no cinematographically staged story. Instead, you have to gradually uncover the secrets within the vast game world. The main story offers you about 30 to 40 hours of gameplay.
For the battles, you choose from a variety of melee and ranged weapons; you can also use magic. You equip your character and choose which abilities he should use. Initially, you choose a class, but your build remains flexible.
