In 2020, the next generation of consoles is also getting closer to its release. As much fun as many of us had with the PS4 and Xbox One, sooner or later they will have to make way for the new models.
Which of the two consoles will it be for you? Here is an overview to start with.
What do we know about the new consoles? For many fans, the internal values and features of the consoles are crucial for the purchase. As the next generation, the PS5 and Xbox Series X are, of course, significantly more powerful than their predecessors.
Both consoles will get their own custom AMD processors and graphics cards that support ray-tracing technology. They both also aim to offer resolutions of up to 8K. So there’s plenty of power in both.
You don’t need to worry too much at the beginning about which launch titles the two new platforms will receive. Both the PS5 and the Xbox Series X are backwards compatible. This means you will be able to play your old PS4 and Xbox games on them while you wait for new games.
