Who is speaking? Albert Penello had worked at Microsoft for 18 years (until 2018), including as Senior Director of Xbox, where he was mainly responsible for the marketing of the Xbox One in the final years.
What did he say? On Twitter, there were rumors that the PS5 could cost 600 dollars. He responded to this Twitter post with the words:
I believe in the saying “never say never.” But I have to say: never. No way will this console cost more than 499 dollars.
