In Pokémon GO the Water Festival is coming up. The event features a new Pokémon, along with Shinies and some bonuses.
When does the Water Festival start? The event begins on July 15, 2025, at 10:00 AM. It will run until July 20, when it ends at 8:00 PM.
What is the highlight? This is the debut of Nigiragi! This small fish Pokémon also brings its three forms – the curved, the hanging, and the stretched form. The Pokémon will be available in Level 1 raids.
The special thing about this is that these are regional forms. You can get them in different locations.
- The curved form is available in Europe, the Middle East, and Africa
- The hanging form is available in America
- And the stretched form in the Asia-Pacific region

- An increased Shiny chance for Sterndu and Galapaflos
- Rain modules last for two hours
