This was announced by Niantic: In a long post, the developer thanks all participants of the GO Fests and the global challenges.
Additionally, Niantic states that they cannot reveal all details about the Ultra Bonus yet. This will happen only on August 20. However, they have already revealed some things.
Week 1
When does the bonus week run? This week runs from September 2 to September 9.
What bonuses are there? During this period, Pokémon from the Johto region, the 2nd generation, will appear more frequently. Niantic also talks about new raid bosses. Additionally, Pokémon will hatch from eggs that have never hatched before.
Players suspect that the eggs contain regional Pokémon from the 2nd generation. This would include Corasonn and Skaraborn.
Week 2
When does the bonus week run? These bonuses will be available between September 9 and September 16.
What bonuses are there? Niantic mentions global Pokémon that will appear this week. Additionally, there will be a mysterious Pokémon in raids. Mysterious Pokémon include Deoxys or Jirachi.
Here, fans suspect that the global Pokémon are also regional monsters. Deoxys is particularly speculated to be the mysterious Pokémon in raids.
Week 3
When does the bonus week run? This week runs from September 16 to September 23.
What bonuses are there? During this period, unusual Pokémon are expected to appear in the wild. Additionally, the raid bosses will change again. Finally, Niantic also announces regional Pokémon from the 1st generation. This includes Pantimos, Kangama, Tauros, and Porenta. The japanese post also mentions a new shiny.
Fans are still in the dark here. “Unusual Pokémon” can be interpreted very broadly, and not much is known about the raid bosses either. At least the regional Pokémon have been confirmed.
