In Pokémon GO, a trainer has collected an enormous amount of stardust with just one throw. We will explain how he did it.
What’s happening in Pokémon GO right now? Pokémon GO is currently fully under the sign of the Season Timeless Journeys
. This season also brings a whole host of bonuses into the game. This includes a bonus for stardust, which a trainer has now cleverly combined with additional bonuses.
As the trainer reports on Reddit, he collected a considerable amount of stardust with just one single throw. It is the incredible sum of 29,437 stardust. We will break down exactly how he did it and which bonuses he combined here.
By the way, from today there is another event waiting for you, where you can receive an increased amount of stardust for catching Pokémon. The Winter Holidays
-event is just around the corner, and with it a free limited research, which allows you to receive double catch stardust.
How does one get so much stardust with a single throw?
This is what the trainer did: As the trainer reports, he combined the following bonuses to make this remarkable throw.
- Whiscash as Pokémon: 2,100 stardust
- Star Piece: Multiplier of 1.5
- Community Day Bonus: Multiplier of 2
Timeless Journeys
-bonus: Increased stardust for the 7-day catch streak- Bonus from the
Egg Access
-pass: 3 times stardust for the first catch of the day - AR+ Expert handler bonus: +25 stardust
The combination of these bonuses brought the trainer the total of 29,437 stardust with just one single catch. By the way, he also collected 55,180 experience points with this throw.
It should also be noted that he faced a challenge with the throw. He needed the Community Day bonus to further increase the amount of stardust, but at the same time he also needed a Whiscash for the high base amount of stardust.
However, Whiscash did not appear during the Community Day, so he clicked on Whiscash just before the start of the Community Day and then waited until the C-Day started to take advantage of the bonus.
Have you also achieved similar amounts of stardust with just a single catch? Or are you no longer interested in stardust at all? Also check out what events in December in Pokémon GO are still waiting for you.
