What kind of ticket is this? Today, on January 7, 2023, the first Community Day of the year is bringing you the plant Pokémon Igamaro in Pokémon GO.
On the occasion of the event, there is of course also suitable special research, which you can currently purchase in the in-game shop for just about 1 euro. You can find it there in the category “Global Events” under the name “Majestic Spikes”.

Where does the information come from? In Germany, the Community Day with Igamaro starts at 2 PM local time, however, the event is already in full swing in other time zones. For this reason, trainers in these regions can already access the contents of the special research and share them on social networks.

Is it worth buying the ticket for the C-Day with Igamaro?
What you need to consider: When you compare the ticket price with the values of the individual items from the research, you will find that these have a significantly higher value in the in-game shop. For example, you would have to pay the following for these:
- Two incenses cost 80 coins in the shop, which is about 0.80 euros.
- You can get the Rocket Radar for 200 coins. That’s approximately 2.00 euros.
Furthermore, you will also receive a lot of balls, berries, special candies, experience points, and valuable Stardust through the research. These contents can assist you on your way to level 50.
Who should buy the ticket? You should definitely buy the event ticket surrounding Igamaro if you were already planning to get the items in the shop. With the ticket, you get significantly more for your money.
If you are not interested in the items, you can also comfortably do without the special research and participate in the Community Day for free. The remaining event contents will remain unchanged, and you will not incur any disadvantages.
