In Pokémon GO there will soon be new Ultra Beasts. Schabelle, Masskito, and Voltriant are expected to come to the game. We from MeinMMO will show you when it will finally happen and how you can secure them.
Which monsters are involved? As announced by Pokémon GO on June 22 through its blog, new Ultra Beasts will soon be in the game (via pokemongolive.com).
After you already had the opportunity to meet Anego at the big GO Fest 2022, there will soon be a chance to catch Schabelle, Masskito, and Voltriant. We have summarized for you when it will happen and who gets to secure them first.
When can you catch the new Ultra Beasts?
Exclusive opportunity at the GO Fest live events: Those who have a ticket to one of the live events surrounding the GO Fest in Berlin, Seattle, or Sapporo can look forward to an early encounter with the new Ultra Beasts. Depending on the location, one of the monsters will appear and can be caught as part of a special research:

Whether there will be further opportunities for ticket holders to obtain the respective Ultra Beast on these event days is currently unknown.
When will the Ultra Beasts be available to everyone? Even during the Season of GO, all trainers, including players who did not participate in the live events in Berlin, Seattle, or Sapporo, will get a chance to encounter the new Ultra Beasts.
When exactly this will take place is not officially known yet. One possibility would be the upcoming closing event for the GO Fest 2022 on August 27, 2022. However, these are just speculations.
As soon as there are more detailed information about when and how all trainers can enjoy Schabelle, Masskito, and Voltriant, we will update this information in the article.
What are Schabelle, Masskito, and Voltriant?
What are Ultra Beasts? Ultra Beasts are a brand new form of monsters, namely mysterious Pokémon. They originate from an Ultra Dimension. They enter the world of Pokémon GO through so-called Ultra Wormholes that open in the sky.
You can get a first insight into the three new Ultra Beasts Schabelle, Masskito, and Voltriant in the new trailer from Pokémon GO for the upcoming live events:
This is Schabelle: Schabelle is an Ultra Beast from the 7th generation of games. It has no pre-evolutions or further evolutions and belongs to the Bug and Fighting types. It will be the first of the three new beasts that you can catch during the live events.
Notable is its large, delicate, white body, the long antennae, and the long veil-like hair, which visually resembles an insect.
This is Masskito: Another Ultra Beast that will debut at the live event in Seattle is Masskito. The monster also comes from the 7th generation of games and belongs to the Bug and Fighting types. Just like Schabelle, it has no pre-evolutions or further evolutions.
You can recognize Masskito by its striking, muscular, black-red body. Additionally, with its pair of wings on its back, the long stinger on its face, and its two antennae, it also resembles an insect.
This is Voltriant: The Electric Ultra Beast Voltriant from the 7th generation of games has the most distinctive appearance among the three new Ultra Beasts. Its body consists of multiple cables with lights hanging at the ends. This makes it resemble a kind of string of lights or Christmas tree lights.
Like Schabelle and Masskito, Voltriant also has no pre-evolutions or further evolutions. You can meet the Ultra Beast for the first time at the GO Fest in Sapporo.
