The new Pokémon GO Plus+ is a catching gadget that automatically catches monsters for you. Unlike its predecessor, you can even choose the balls. First images comparing sizes have now surfaced.
What kind of device is this? In February 2023, the Pokémon team introduced the new catching gadget. Unlike the GO Plus, which catches Pokémon or spins stops at the push of a button, the new Plus+ is supposed to be able to act automatically. You can even choose the balls it uses to catch in Pokémon GO.
A user on Reddit has now shared new images of the Plus+ showing how large it is compared to the predecessor.
“It is quite large in comparison”
What is new now: On Reddit, user doomshtick shows 9 photos of the new GO Plus+. We are embedding the post with the photos here so you can take a look at them.
- In the 1st image, you can see the front of the packaging
- In the 2nd image, you can see the back of the packaging

User doomshtick writes that he has not been able to connect the device with Pokémon GO yet. “It is quite large compared to the GO Plus, but thinner than I imagined. […] It has a USB-C port with a rechargeable battery and has a light at the top that indicates the battery level. It will be officially released on July 14” [Note: In America, the release is on July 14, in Europe on July 21, 2023]
