In Pokémon GO, there is currently a showcase with Sniebel. But unfortunately, not as it should be.
What is a showcase? A showcase is a competition where you can compare your Pokémon with those of other trainers. However, unlike usual, values such as damage, hit points, and attacks do not count, but properties such as weight or size do. Here you can find more information about the showcases in December.
In a showcase, one Pokémon is always in the foreground, waiting to compare itself with its counterparts. Currently, this is Sniebel in its regular and Hisui form.
What problems are there with the showcase? As trainers increasingly report on Reddit, there are problems related to their Sniebels. Many trainers are unable to submit their Sniebels to participate in the showcase.
The community is looking for bugs; Niantic remains silent
Which Sniebel cannot participate in the showcase? Various theories are already being formed and tested in the community to analyze which Sniebel cannot take part in the showcase. It has already been speculated whether the error occurs only with older or newer Sniebel.
There is also a theory that the problem only affects Sniebel belonging to a special form, such as the Crypto Sniebel, the Hisui Sniebel, or an event Sniebel. It has also been checked whether the problem occurs only with shiny Sniebels.
So far, however, all the theories posed in the community have been refuted or supplemented by other trainers. Which Sniebel are currently being excluded is still not clear. For now, we have to wait.

By the way: The community is also busy testing the new NPC Mateo.
