Power-Ups on legendary Pokémon are worth it here: You should choose strong attackers for this. Legendary Pokémon are usually quite strong, but there are exceptions.

- Kyogre
- Zapdos
- Reshiram

How to quickly win 30 Raids: Especially for trainers in villages, completing 30 Raids quickly can be difficult. Raid hours that occur every Wednesday are worth it here. There, you can easily complete over 10 Raids in one hour.
Otherwise, you should particularly focus on remote Raids. There are even apps that focus on organizing remote Raids. This way, you can comfortably sit on the couch and complete numerous Raids – but of course, it will cost you PokéCoins.
How to catch 200 Pokémon in one day? For such a task, events like Spotlight Hour or Community Day are worth it. Alone during Spotlight Hour, you can easily catch over 200 Pokémon and only need about an hour of time.
We recommend the catching trick for this. With it, you can catch Pokémon much faster and easily complete the task.

How to quickly collect XP? This may be the biggest challenge for some trainers. Collecting XP can be quite difficult, but it can quickly be achieved through some actions:
- Friendships bring the most XP – get friends from the internet or your community and level up. Be sure to use a Lucky Egg during the friendship level up
- Catching Pokémon now brings significantly more XP – especially outstanding throws reward you much more
