Hatching eggs is one of the fundamental game elements in Pokémon GO. To do this, you need an incubator where you place an egg. After that, you must cover a certain distance. There are various Pokémon that you can hatch.
Apart from your primary incubator, all other incubators can only be used 1 – 3 times before they become unusable. Next month, there will be a new variant that you can use more often. However, it is also subject to certain limitations.
More usable, yet limited
What kind of incubator is this? The new incubator is known as the timed incubator. You can use it as often as you want to hatch Pokémon. Its function is similar to that of your primary incubator, as it does not become unusable after a certain number of uses.
How do I get the new incubator? The timed incubator is a reward that you can receive in the GO Pass in September. You will receive it at level 20. However, it is only available if you have purchased the deluxe version of the GO Pass. If you only play the free version of the pass, you cannot receive the incubator.

What limitation does the incubator have? Although you can use the timed incubator as often as you like, it still comes with a limitation: a time restriction.
No matter when you received the item as a reward, it is only available until October 14, 2025, at 10:00 AM. After that, the item will disappear.
If you still have an unhatched egg in the incubator at that time, it will be transferred to another, single-use incubator. Once you have hatched the transferred egg, that incubator will also disappear.
