How strong is Aalabyss? Like Perlu, Aalabyss is a Water-type Pokémon. It is blue and has several brown fins on its back. Besides the instant attack Water Gun, it can also learn the Dark-type attack Bite. For charged attacks, Aalabyss can learn Crunch, Ice Beam, and Aqua Tail.
According to the overview from PvPoke (via pvpoke.com), Aalabyss has rather weak stats regarding Attack and Stamina. While it is slightly better than Saganabyss in Defense, this value is still relatively low. Thus, Aalabyss is not very suitable for use in the PvP League. It also doesn’t perform well in Raids.
How strong is Saganabyss? Saganabyss, like Perlu and Aalabyss, is also a Water-type Pokémon. This Pokémon has a pink body with purple fins. It is capable of learning the instant attack Water Gun and the Psychic-type instant attack Confusion. Additionally, Saganabyss can be taught the charged attacks Thief Kiss, Psychic, or Aqua Tail.

Tricks for evolving Perlu in Pokémon GO?
To evolve Perlu into Aalabyss or Saganabyss, you need 50 Perlu candy each. The use of an additional item is not necessary.
