Additionally, today you can receive a Cosmog in the free special research. In raids against the Necrozma forms, you can also receive 10 Cosmog candies per raid.

How do I obtain fusion energy? If you dive into the raids against Necrozma in its Dawn Wings or Dusk Mane form, you’ll earn the respective Lunar or Solar fusion energy for successful raids.
As trainers report on Reddit, where the event has already started, you can expect between 80 and 140 fusion energy per raid you complete. So you need to complete several raids today to gather the necessary fusion energy.
In advance, codes were released that rewarded you with up to 200 Solar or Lunar fusion energy.
If you’ve purchased the ticket, you’ll receive a special research in which you not only receive a Lunala or Solgaleo, but also 1,000 fusion energy of the corresponding monster, so you can gather the necessary energy all at once.
How do I obtain Necrozma and Cosmog candies? If you successfully complete a raid against one of the two Necrozma forms, you will receive 10 Cosmog candies. Additionally, as usual, you will receive Necrozma candies for catching Necrozma afterwards.
