Pokémon GO wants to lure you outside once again with the Nichts wie raus

What event is it about? Unlike other games, trainers in Pokémon GO are encouraged to go outside, explore their surroundings, and play together with others. With the Nichts wie raus
-event, which starts in a few days, you will be drawn outside.
Those who take advantage of it can expect plenty of spawns and bonuses. These will mainly revolve around content in your area, such as showcases or the routes. The latter are also set to receive some updates. We will show you what those changes are and what else to expect below.
When does the event run? The Nichts wie raus
-event starts on September 27, 2023 at 10:00 AM local time and runs until October 2, 2023 at 8:00 PM local time.
New content in the routes
What improvements are planned? In addition to the actual event content, the announced changes to the routes are a highlight for many players. In recent weeks, these have caused frustration for some trainers. This could improve in the future, as the developers plan the following updates:
- More trainers can create routes
- Trainers can encounter Zygarde cells more frequently
- Trainers will receive a notification when routes are nearby
Moreover, there will be updates aimed at improving gameplay quality in the routes.
Why are the changes so important? Since the release of the route feature, there has been ongoing harsh criticism from the community. This is because there are still no routes in many regions. Those who own routes struggle with Zygarde cells.
