What kind of event is this? This is the first event of the new season “Timeless Travels”. Raid Days are characterized by a specific Pokémon being found as a Raid Boss in numerous Gyms.

And that is also the case this time: Hisui-Admurai is making its debut in Pokémon GO.

When is the Raid Day? The Raid Day with Hisui-Admurai takes place on December 3, 2023, from 2:00 PM to 5:00 PM local time. During these three hours, the monster should be found in most Gyms in Pokémon GO. We will summarize how the day goes here for you.

What’s included in the Raid Day with Hisui-Admurai in Pokémon GO

This is how the Raid Day goes: Basically, you get the chance to register a new Pokémon for your Pokédex with Hisui-Admurai. Since it is unclear when it will return, you should probably catch it.

You can use the following bonuses:

• It is directly possible to catch Hisui-Admurai as Shiny. The chance to get the shiny Pokémon is even increased during the raid.
• You get up to 5 additional Raid Passes by spinning Stops and Gyms.
  • Here you should note that you will only get the next Pass when you have used one up.
• The remote raid limit will be increased to twenty on this day.

Additionally, there is an optional shop ticket for 5 euros with more bonuses. This brings you 8 additional passes when spinning, 50% more XP for raids, double raid stardust, and an increased chance for XL special candies. However, you do not need this to play the Raid Day.

How strong is Hisui-Admurai? Hisui-Admurai appears as a 3-star Raid Boss. Therefore, it should also be defeat-able as a solo trainer.

Currently, it seems that Hisui-Admurai is mainly worthwhile for collectors. It belongs to the types Water and Dark, but is likely to be overtaken by stronger attackers there. In PvP, it could fill a niche, but it remains to be seen what attacks it will ultimately bring.

At the moment, it seems that you should primarily focus on the Pokédex entry and perhaps hope for the Shiny.
