In Pokémon GO, on Tuesday, May 25, some exciting bonuses will be unlocked for you. More experience points and the release of the Eevee evolution “Feelinara” are highlights of the event phase.
What happens on Tuesday? As planned, the second phase of the “Luminous Legends Y” event starts on Tuesday, which brought Yveltal into the game. A bonus will be activated that Trainers around the world have unlocked. Since you have defeated so many Rocket Grunts, the rewards are due to you.

Feelinara is being released
You need to know: For the very first time, you can obtain the Eevee evolution Feelinara in Pokémon GO. This will be available starting May 25 at 10:00 AM local time. As the name suggests, this Pokémon is of the Fairy type. It comes from Generation 6 and is a favorite of many Pokémon fans because of its appearance.

The evolution: Even before its release, players discovered the name trick for Feelinara in Pokémon GO. For each evolution of Eevee, you have one name trick available, allowing you to specifically evolve the Pokémon.
As an alternative to the name trick, you can take Eevee as your buddy and earn a certain amount of hearts. If you manage that, Eevee can evolve into Feelinara without the name trick. The exact amount of hearts needed is still unclear.
Eevee event begins – What changes?
When does it start? The Eevee event is the second part of “Luminous Legends Y” and starts on May 25 at 10:00 AM. The event will run until May 31 at 8:00 PM.
What happens there? During the Eevee event, you can expect the highlighted evolution Feelinara. Additionally:
- Wilderness: Eevee, Trasla, Parfi, Flauschling, and other Pokémon will be found more frequently in the wild
- 7-km Eggs: If you receive 7-km eggs during the event, they will contain Eevee, Pii, Fluffeluff, Togepi, Azurill, Parfi, and Flauschling
- Raids: In level 3 raid battles, you can find the Eevee evolutions Aquana, Blitza, Flamara, Psiana, and Nachtara
- Selected field researches will reward you with Eevee and its evolutions
- In AR tasks, you will receive Knurspe as a reward
- In the shop, Feelinara items await for your avatar
Rewards for the Rocket Challenge with 3x XP and Shiny
This is included: Pokémon GO set you the task of defeating a total of 25 million Rocket Grunts within a certain period. Because you accomplished that, you will receive the following rewards:
- For the remainder of the “Luminous Legends Y” event, you will receive three times the catch XP. Remember that you can further increase the experience points with a lucky egg and thus boost the bonus even more. This is a great help on the path from level 40 to level 50.
- For the rest of the event, you can encounter Galar Zigzachs in level 1 raids. This Pokémon is also associated with the third bonus.
- Starting Tuesday, you have the chance to encounter shiny Galar Zigzachs. This chance will continue even after the current event ends.
