Who is this worth it for? Gulpin itself is not particularly strong. However, its evolution Toxicroak plays in the upper midfield among raid attackers. In PvP, in the Super and Hyper League, Toxicroak has pretty good chances.
The experience points are also helpful on the way from level 41 to 50.
Can you catch shiny Gulpin? Yes, shiny Gulpin is catchable in Pokémon GO.
Spotlight Hour on November 15
Which Pokémon? The third Spotlight Hour in November brings you many encounters with Porygon. It comes from the first game generation and is a Normal type. Its evolutions are Porygon2 and Porygon-Z.
What bonuses do you get? For catching Pokémon, you will receive double the amount of candies.
Who is this worth it for? Porygon itself is not strong as an attacker. You can also ignore Porygon2 and Porygon-Z in most scenarios. The candy bonus can be exciting if you do Raids during the Spotlight Hour and secure double candies for your raid catches.
Can you catch shiny Porygon? Yes, shiny Pokémon are actively available in Pokémon GO and can be caught.
Spotlight Hour on November 22
Which Pokémon? In the fourth Spotlight Hour in November, the Pokémon Fletchling is in focus. It belongs to the Grass type and comes from the 5th game generation. Its evolution is Dressella.
What bonuses do you get? For sending Pokémon, you will receive double the amount of candies.
Who is this worth it for? Neither Fletchling nor Dressella are interesting to you as attackers. Use the Spotlight Hour to clean up your Pokémon collection and get a lot of candies.

Which Pokémon? The fifth Spotlight Hour in November brings you encounters with Hoothoot. The Pokémon from the second generation is of the Normal and Flying types. It can evolve into Noctowl.
What bonuses do you get? For evolving Pokémon, you will receive double the amount of experience points.
Who is this worth it for? Hoothoot is not particularly exciting as an attacker. Noctowl often has good chances in the Super League and can score in the Hyper League as well, but has no important roles in raids.
Can you catch shiny Hoothoot? Yes, shiny Hoothoot are available in Pokémon GO and can be caught by you.
