A player in Red Dead Redemption 2 uses the beautiful environment of the world to pursue a morbid plan. For this, he kidnaps sheriffs.
What happens to the sheriffs? A player in Red Dead Redemption 2 has made it his mission to kill sheriffs. This seems nothing unusual in a Western game at first. However, instead of just drawing his rifle and shooting, Alex Tanaka connects the kills with the game’s beautiful landscape.
For its outstanding visuals and vibrant nature, Red Dead Redemption 2 has often been praised.
Tanaka abducts the sheriffs in the town where they are employed, takes them to beautiful locations on the map, pulls out his revolver, and shoots them. He recorded the kills and made a collection of screenshots that demonstrate this “artistic” hobby.
The player’s screenshots were secured by the website Kotaku.
The Sheriff Kill Photo Album
Sheriff Malloy has his eye on the town of Valentine, yet here Arthur takes him down on a hill. In the background, many clouds can be seen with rays of sunshine breaking through. Fortunately, there is no thunderstorm because in Red Dead Redemption 2 you can also be struck by lightning.
In the following screenshot, you can see a raging waterfall, a river, and many trees around. There is a bridge over the river where Arthur shoots Sheriff Jones from Annesburg.
The next kill revolves around the sheriff of Tumbleweed, Sam Freeman. But that is almost secondary when you look at the beautiful picture in the background that one can observe from the cliff.
More kill shots feature Police Chief Dunbar, the sheriff of Strawberry – as well as another death of Sam Freeman.
Alex Tanaka showcases a special contrast with these screenshots by combining the brutal murders with the calming landscape of RDR 2.
