In Crimson Desert, there are quite a few annoying enemies. However, flying believers can be defeated more easily than you think.
Which enemies are we talking about? In Crimson Desert, you must purify some of the Sancta for the witch faction. This is done easily by defeating the cultists and then reassembling the supernatural machines.
But defeating the enemies can get annoying. The cultists have some flying enemies that attack from the air and are difficult to catch. Many players resort to using a bow to shoot the enemies down one by one.
This works only partially well, as the enemies quickly get back up and often land behind obstacles, meaning some of them need to be brought back down to reality a second time before you can finish them off. However, there is a much simpler trick.
Have you already gotten the OP horse “Rokade”?
Shadow beings hate light
What is this trick? These flying bubble creatures that can be quite annoying to Kliff from above belong to the shadow beings in the game. For example, in other areas, evil birds like harpies also fall into this category.
However, the shadow beings have a unique weakness that makes them easy to defeat. You can blind them all with the light of your own sword, which soon vanquishes them. They can only withstand a few seconds of light beams before they immediately disappear.
This mechanic, however, is explained much later in the game through other enemies, which means that many players may not even know about the mechanic.
You can see the mechanic in the video:
How exactly do you use the ability? To defeat the enemies, you need to press the key combination [CTRL] + [Left Mouse Button] and hold down the Left Mouse Button. Release the [CTRL] key as soon as the screen turns blue, and press and hold it again.
Now you have a kind of light beam with which you can blind enemies, burn brush, and vanquish the shadow beings. Shine the beam on the enemies, and they will disappear immediately.
There are more shadow beings in Crimson Desert that can be eliminated in this way. Just look out for dark figures with some black smoke. As the development of Crimson Desert revealed, “Kliff” himself has now explained: Actor of Kliff reveals the truth behind the flat story of Crimson Desert, stating: Without him, it would have been even worse
