A website has published exciting statistics from the year 2024 for Tibia. MeinMMO summarizes the highlights from the German MMORPG for you.

- The character Dejairzin from the Inabra server gained the most experience in 2024 (85,117,171,200 experience)
- The most successful auction (the sale of the level 1,763 character Rayo Legacy) brought in 1,100,000 Tibia Coins – equivalent to over 41,000 euros
- Only the top 4 auctions brought in over 400,000 Tibia Coins – in second place is the level 2,436 character Otavio Invencivel, who changed owners for 750,000 coins

Fight against cheaters
What’s happening in Tibia right now? In the last quarter of 2024, the developers from CipSoft intensified their fight against accounts that gain an unfair advantage with unauthorized scripts and macros. The first wave of bans affected nearly 8,000 players, including the then highest-level knight (level 2,453).
Later, the Tibia officials had to admit that they had banned some innocent players – the corresponding deletions were lifted in December – but a new wave of bans followed in early January 2025, which reportedly caught over 1,200 suspected cheaters. For the first time, one of the global top 7 players was among those affected.
What do I need to know about Tibia and CipSoft? The studio from Regensburg was founded in 2001, after the MMORPG Tibia, released in 1997, had become a success. The online role-playing game with its charming retro look has attracted 32 million players and generated 200 million euros in revenue over the years, and is said to be more successful than ever before today.
