The studio Supercell, which makes Clash of Cans, was bought for $8.6 billion.
For those wondering where the big money in gaming is? In mobile casual games like Clash of Clans.
Here, Tencent has actually struck a deal after months of rumors. The Chinese company is acquiring, as reported by TechinAsia, the Finnish gaming company Supercell for $8.6 billion.
Supercell is known for its mobile titles like Clash of Clans and Clash Royale. Tencent is paying $8.6 billion for an 84% stake from the former owner, Softbank.
For Blade and Soul, the powerful Elemental Fighter (Soul Fighter) will be released on June 22. This hybrid class is a mix of Kung Fu Master and Elementalist, dealing significant damage in both melee and ranged combat.
What is better than Kung Fu? Kung Fu and magic, of course! And that’s exactly what the Elemental Fighter can do. This new hero in NCSoft’s colorful Asia MMO probably thought, “Kung Fu is sooo mainstream” and therefore borrowed a few tricks from the Elementalist – the wizard class of Blade & Soul.
Therefore, the Elemental Fighter can do both – Country and Western or elemental magic and cool Kung Fu moves. With its spells, the Elemental Fighter is effective in both close combat and at medium ranges, and opponents cannot be safe at any distance.
As a special action, the Elemental Fighter can change its stance and effectively respond to any game situation. The individual stances are:
Kung Fu Stance: The standard stance of the Elemental Fighter. It plays similarly to the Kung Fu Master but has even more defensive options such as counters and blocks, which can build up even more powerful effects.
Elemental Stance: This stance provides devastating elemental attacks from a distance that slow down and otherwise restrict the opponent. However, this stance has the disadvantage of having relatively long cooldown times. The attacks of the Elemental Fighter consist of ice or earth.
The trick with the Elemental Fighter is to dynamically change stances to always be optimally equipped for any situation. In one-on-one combat, the Kung Fu stance is optimal, but if the opponent tries to escape, you can pin them down with ice effects in the Elemental stance. And when multiple opponents show up, the control effects from the elements are extremely useful.
Mein-MMO says: I actually find the idea of the Elemental Fighter quite cool and fitting for the setting. However, I hear from Korea that this class has significantly disrupted the balancing. Therefore, I’m a bit skeptical. But how do you see it? Will you also create a Soul Fighter or is the new class too overpowered for you? Write it in the comments!

A brutal and chaotic multiplayer first-person shooter invites you to play!
The current player numbers of Overwatch clearly show that multiplayer games in first-person perspective are particularly popular this year. If Blizzard’s shooter is too “friendly” for you, you’ll soon have the chance to play a shooter where a lot of blood is shed while you fight through the chaos with heavy weapons.
Alpha phase has begun
The first larger tests of LawBreakers are starting, and therefore there is now an alpha phase that everyone can apply for to test the game. If you are invited to test LawBreakers, then bundle up warmly. The game was built with the Unreal Engine and promises plenty of brutality and pure chaos – in addition, you will have to prepare for deviations in gravity that will make each match even more unique.
With the special abilities of the various roles, you can not only destroy opponents. Abilities like Starfall not only deal great damage to the enemy but also to the map – resulting in holes on the map where gravity is particularly low. To move faster on the map and possibly avoid any holes that may have formed, there are also jetpacks! So prepare for fights in the air.
If you completed the registration correctly (and it’s not difficult!), then you will receive a confirmation email afterwards. It explains that you will receive another notification via email if you are selected for the alpha test of LawBreakers.
In the following gameplay trailer of LawBreakers, you will see what action-packedchaos awaits you in this game! On this YouTube channel, you will also find guides for the 4 classes Vanguard, Enforcer, Assassin, and Titan.

Heroes of the Storm will adjust the survivability of the heroes. There are quite drastic design approaches.
Regeneration Orbs will become more powerful, wells will have a longer cooldown
The developers of Heroes of the Storm are constantly working on fine-tuning the game to better manage balance and certain issues. In the official forum, developer Matt Cooper took the time to show the community some issues and design ideas that are currently challenging Blizzard.
The problem with health
The regeneration of health is quite a problem for Blizzard. Heroes that rely on “poke damage” lose usefulness quickly. Even if it’s possible to hit with some skill shots, it doesn’t feel like a success because the passive health regeneration nullifies that after a short time. For many heroes, it’s thus difficult to truly drive the opponent away, even if they play well.
Abolition of passive health regeneration?
Internally, they experimented with quite an extreme measure. They simply completely disabled passive health regeneration so that only supporters, regeneration orbs, healing wells, and the own base could heal. While Blizzard describes the experience as “interesting,” the outcry from fans in the forum was significant. However, they quickly calmed down – this was merely an internal test and Blizzard often tries extremes to quickly determine if the development is heading in the right direction.
Actual potential for change is seen mainly in the healing wells and regeneration orbs. The well is to be provided with a 20% longer cooldown – thus, heroes could only drink from them every 120 seconds and would have to return to base more often. The regeneration orbs are to become more significant. Currently, they restore 8% health and 32 mana – this is to be increased to 12% health and 8% mana, while also ensuring that the orbs disappear faster. It should be made easier to withhold the orbs from opponents.
However, none of these changes are set in stone yet. Much is being discussed, and they wanted to involve the community in this discussion.
All contributions from Cooper can be read in the original English in our sources.
On the test server of World of Warcraft, the pre-event for Legion has been initiated. The first doomsayers announce the impending doom of Azeroth.
Doomsayers are at large on the test server
Conspiracy theories are quite a complex matter. Often, these theories arise from a good portion of doubt about known circumstances, until perception reverses to the point where only arguments supporting one’s own theory are deemed acceptable. That is exactly what the doomsayers in World of Warcraft are doing. They are part of the pre-event for Legion, which will also be coming to the live servers in a few weeks and can currently be played on the public test realm (PTR).
It appears that the event will unfold in several phases and will start relatively gently: doomsayers with some boards on which they proclaim their theses are standing around in Orgrimmar and Stormwind. Those who show interest can also take some brochures and read about the theories regarding the impending world doom brought about by the Burning Legion.
Later on, as has already been gleaned from the game data, the Legion will invade with large landing ships and a multitude of portals in several areas of Azeroth and must be pushed back by the players. As with previous expansions, the event will be accompanied by a success that requires players to have listened to the various theses of the doomsayers.
https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=ieYgvCs0Hfs
On the Alpha server of Legion, the event was briefly playable in more detail. If the event has not fundamentally changed since then, players may become “susceptible” to the theses of the doomsayers over time and hear whispered voices. If one follows the words, one will gradually be possessed by a demonic presence and can cause a bit of mischief in the capitals—until one becomes a terror lord and allows oneself to be killed by the guards. Sounds funny and reminds a bit of the zombie event from Wrath of the Lich King, but could certainly be fun.

In the MMO shooter Destiny a new week starts today on 21.6. We present the fresh challenges.
Actually, Lord Saladin should return to the Tower as the highlight of the week tonight and bring the monthly PvP event Iron Banner. However, that won’t happen.
It looks like it’s going to be a meatless week in Destiny. We present the PvE challenges.
Nightfall Strike in Destiny from 21.6. is the new
The Malok Strike Foul Chalice is the Nightfall this week.
Modifiers in the “Nightfall” are:
Beserker – Enemies cannot be stopped by damage hits
Sidearms – Primary weapons are preferred
Chaff – The radar is disrupted
Airborne – Players deal more damage while in the air
The weekly Heroic playlist has Arc Burn, Catapult, and Exposure.
These collectible items are wanted by the reputation factions
Eris Morn is interested in Wormspores. Just like the Dead Orbit.
The Future War Cult wants Relic Iron.
The New Monarchy wants Helium Filaments.
What’s waiting in the Elder’s Challenge
In the Prison, the modifiers are Specialist (special weapons are preferred) and Catapult (grenades charge faster).
Bonus points are awarded for kills with grenades – a particularly Guardian-friendly combination.
Enemies include the Cabal Noru’usk, Servant of Oryx; the Vex Overmind Minotaur, and from the Hive Wretched Knight.
The Raid Challenge
Last week started with Golgoroth, then switched to Oryx. Exceptional situation: So to speak “Schrödinger’s Raid Challenge.” We will update the thread as soon as we know whether it will continue with Oryx or the Warpriest.
The MMO Star Trek Online will receive content inspired by the movie reboot.
Star Trek Online has content from everything loosely related to Star Trek, but up until now, nothing from the “movie reboot” of recent years. That seems to be changing now.
As they say, players will have the opportunity to travel to an “alternative reality” known from Star Trek and Star Trek Into Darkness. A new mission is promised for captains. In-game, this is constructed with “anomalies”, a supernova, and quantum-something.

In the shared-world shooter The Division, we present the named high-end shotgun Medved. How do you obtain it and what is it worth?
The Medved shotgun is one of the named weapons and has been in The Division since update 1.2. This gem drops exclusively in the challenge mode of the raid “Clear Sky” – but not guaranteed, rather randomly. Since “Clear Sky” became available on Challenging with significant delay and is no easy task, many agents do not yet have the Medved in their possession.
What makes the Medved special in The Division
The Medved is based on the “SASG-12” shotguns in The Division: While it has a high rate of fire, its base damage per shot is the lowest among all shotguns. Nevertheless, it shines with a generous magazine and a high reload speed. With just one hand movement, the entire magazine is reloaded. Here are the specific stats, without mods:
Since the Medved is a “named weapon,” it always comes with fixed talents:
Unforgiving: When you are lacking health bars, you deal more damage: 1 bar +10%, 2 bars +23.5% (Requirement: firearms: 2063, stamina: 2579). This talent is not considered outstanding. However, you will often be taking damage yourself in shotgun play, making this talent frequently active.
Ferocious: Damage against named and elite enemies is increased by 14%. (Requirement: 2063 in all three attributes). This talent is strong – but difficult to activate. You will need a balanced build for this, which is currently not recommended.
Destructive: You deal 18% more damage to enemy armor. This talent is always active, but only works in PvE – not against agents. Since NPCs usually have more armor than health, this talent serves you well.
A disadvantage of this weapon is the limited modification options. You can only tinker with the optics and the magazine. Especially for the latter, it is advisable to increase magazine size and weapon damage. Since it is a named weapon, no weapon skins can be applied.
Is the Medved worth it in The Division?
Youtuber Skill Up has mixed feelings about this weapon. He states it is by no means outstanding, but solid. The talents are generally strong, but not easy to activate.
What the Medved looks like in practice can be seen in the following video:

Warcraft: The Beginning sets a new record and is now officially the most successful video game adaptation of all time.
Critically Panned, Loved by Fans
The Warcraft film has been in theaters worldwide for several weeks now, and it’s about time for a first look back to determine how successful the film has actually been.
According to the site destructoid, the film has likely long surpassed the threshold to be considered “profitable.” As a rule of thumb, one has to earn back at least double the production costs to also recoup marketing expenses. The production costs amounted to 160 million dollars, so double that would be 320 million dollars.
Currently, Warcraft has grossed 377 million, thus clearly entering the profit zone. This makes Warcraft: The Beginning the most successful video game adaptation of all time, leaving the second place Prince of Persia with 336 million far behind.
However, interest in the film declines quite rapidly in most countries. The majority of viewers were attracted in the first week and the corresponding weekend, after which interest quickly wanes. In the second week, approximately 72% fewer people in America watched the film than in its release week.
Moreover, the Warcraft film is also a phenomenon on a completely different level. The ratings from critics and “ordinary” moviegoers diverge significantly. On Rotten Tomatoes, the ratings from many reviews compile to a devastating 29%. But how did moviegoers rate the film? Completely differently: A solid 81% is what the film earns according to viewers’ opinions. A rating difference of more than 50% likely represents another peculiar record.

For these reasons, Bungie has also canceled the Iron Banner in Destiny that was supposed to start tonight. Bungie announced this via Twitter at midnight.
Due to the same issue that prevented players from joining matches in Trials of Osiris, we are also cancelling Iron Banner for this week.
Iron Banner for this week canceled – Will it come next week?
The problem with Osiris occurred late Friday evening. Over the weekend, it was decided that this is not a problem that can be quickly fixed, and therefore Osiris was ended early.
There are no further statements from Bungie. In the past, it has been the case that the Iron Banner started later after the problem was resolved by a hotfix. The problem was an exploit.
In this case, it is quite possible that the Iron Banner will be postponed by a week. The wording in the tweet suggests “cancelling Iron Banner this week” rather than “this month.”
What items are supposed to be in the Iron Banner, you can read in this article:
Guild Wars 2 is introducing legendary armor next. But how do you get the new gear, and will it be as complicated and time-consuming as obtaining legendary weapons? A developer provides the answers!
How can you recognize a hardcore Guild Wars 2 player? Of course, by their legendary weapon, because these special items are not much better than the usual endgame gear, but they look extremely cool and unique. To obtain them, you have to farm a lot, as the required resources are equally legendary.
The legendary armor announced will require a similar amount of effort, but the procedures differ fundamentally. To avoid any misunderstandings, game designer Andrew McLeod spoke out in the official Guild Wars 2 forum.
The first armors from the “Envoy Armor” achievement are similar in power level to the early precursor weapons (not the legendary precursor weapons).
The Envoy armors are not the final legendary precursor armors and can be chosen by the player in light, heavy, and medium variants from the chest.
Once the achievement “Envoy Armor I” is completed, we will automatically be assigned the task “Envoy Armor II”.
All steps to obtain this armor have not yet been implemented in the game, but an NPC will explain what we need to do for the respective resources.
The completed Envoy II Armor will have the level of a legendary precursor. Again, we can choose what type of armor we want.
Additionally, there are construction plans for all other precursor armors, so we can build what we want.
The new armor pieces can be obtained in their basic form through raids.
The legendary precursor is not the end of the line. Rather, you will need to farm a lot more to collect all the ingredients to finally create the desired legendary armor from the precursors in the mystic forge. By the way, the new armors are not free of controversies, as the trouble regarding the cat-mops shows.
What do you think of the legendary armors in Guild Wars 2? Will you eagerly dive into the fray and farm resources for months? Or do you still get strange twitches and stutter “The Horror, the Horror” when you think of the effort to obtain your legendary weapon? Let us know!

In the MMO shooter Destiny, Bungie has crowned a new video as the Video of the Week. It’s worth watching – and listening to.
Bungie and the Destiny community are very musical at the moment: After we were able to admire a singing Lord Saladin last week, there’s more great content this week for your auditory pleasure.
The Video of the Week is a parody of “Shut up and Dance” by Walk the Moon. This song already suspiciously contains the word “Destiny” frequently in the lyrics, making a Destiny adaptation quite fitting.
The Video of the Week is titled “Shut Up and Raid”:

Blizzard decorates a room in a Korean children’s hospital – with incredibly cute figures.
With Zerg on the wall, it’s easier to nest
Those who are in the hospital mostly have anything but a good time. To make this period as bearable as possible for children, there are numerous hospitals that focus entirely on little patients. In one of them, in Seoul, South Korea, there is now a special room in Blizzard style. The design of the walls is based on the cute characters from Carbot Animations. Thus, the walls of this “Blizzard i-Room”, where patients can spend their time at the computer, are now adorned with stylized figures from StarCraft and World of Warcraft .
Such rooms, where patients have access to computers and thus also the internet or certain games, are quite common worldwide. In Germany, however, such offerings are still quite rare.
The creators of “Carbot” have become well-known mainly through their numerous little YouTube videos, where they poke fun at various Blizzard games. Here we have picked one about “Heroes of the Storm” for you. But all the other clips are also worth a look.

Mein-MMO says: Even though some might jump to the barricades and condemn that “sick children would be influenced and thus advertising for Blizzard games would be done” – I think the idea is great. Whatever helps children in the hospital to get through a painful time more easily is fundamentally a good thing. Besides, instead of using the “real” artworks from Blizzard, they have instead opted for the much cuter graphics from Carbot.
If you have to be a patient in a hospital, then it should ideally be in such an environment! If only the nurses were dressed like Mercy from Overwatch …

Twitch was able to gather some new information about the upcoming pirate MMO Sea of Thieves during E3.
In the live stream, Rare’s Lead Designer Mike Chapman discussed what players can expect from Sea of Thieves. There will be players who simply want to explore the world. Others want to complete quests, and some will focus on upgrading their ship. All of this will be possible in the game. However, there will be reasons and a meaningful progression system for each activity. If someone wants to attach new sails to their ship, there should be a reason and an effect for that.
The Path to the Goal
Players can set specific goals in the game that they want to achieve and then must work towards those goals. There will be a kind of path to follow in order to reach your goal. Along this path, players will see progress. They will be able to do things to advance in the game and move closer to their goals.
Additionally, more details were revealed about how the interaction aboard a ship will work. For example, the anchor must be raised to set sail. The more players that help lift the anchor, the faster the ship can depart. Then you will work to loosen the sails’ ropes so that you can sail away with the wind. Therefore, a lot of coordination and teamwork is required. To find the right path, players will navigate by the stars. When looking up at the sky, they will see the North Star as a navigation aid.
Is it really an MMO?
Employees at Rare do not consider Sea of Thieves an MMORPG. MMO fans would expect complex mechanics that seem abstract. An MMORPG would not be immersive because players generally do not want that, and it would not be intuitive. With Sea of Thieves, they aim to create an immersive, easily understandable, and simple online game. This does not necessarily mean that only a few players will be visible per server, as this has not yet been clearly addressed. However, Sea of Thieves is not meant for those who expect many numbers, windows, a complex UI, and intricate game mechanics from an MMORPG.
With Sea of Thieves, they aim to bring immersion and a kind of action-adventure to the genre. It is set to be released in February 2017. However, there will still be a beta before that, the date of which will be announced later.

A very sad story. The young actor Anton Yelchin (Star Trek, Odd Thomas) didn’t show up for an audition, his buddies missed him, but by then he was already dead. Apparently, he was crushed by his own car in his steep driveway when it rolled back and pinned him against a security fence.
They asked the lead designer of Star Trek Online, Al Rivera, if they would honor Yelchin in the game. He clearly said: “Yes.” In Star Trek Online, some crew members and actors from Star Trek are commemorated. Recently, Leonard Nimoy, who played Spock, was honored.

In The Division, weapon balance changes will come with Update 1.3. However, these will not affect all of your weapons.
The community manager Hamish Bode has announced in the Ubi forum a message that he believes agents should know early: With update 1.3, you will likely need many new weapons.
Existing weapons will not receive all balance changes
Bode writes that with Update 1.3, certain changes will come that will affect existing weapons you own. However, there will also be changes that will only appear on weapons that drop after the update. More precise information will follow on Thursday. But Bode believes it is right for agents to know about this now. It could be useful to save crafting materials and not invest them in new weapons before the update.
So it is quite possible that we can throw away some of our weapons after the underground update if we want to benefit from the new bonuses. We will know more on Thursday.

Destiny warms up the Gjallarhorn as a pre-order argument. Our author Schuhmann has a problem with that.
The Gjallarhorn was the most important and powerful weapon in the first year of Destiny. Now they are giving it as an incentive for pre-orders of Rise of Iron as a Year 3 weapon in a new, black version as an added bonus and making a big fuss about it. None of this sits well with me. It seems shabby to me, as if Bungie is capitalizing on something that does not belong to them but to the players, the community. They are selling a piece of tradition.

The Gjallarhorn was a wonderful mistake. Because it was so powerful that it disrupted the game mechanics. If enough Gjallarhorns were available, one did not have to care about what one was actually fighting; it could simply be pulverized in record time.
The most beautiful and fitting nickname given to the rocket launcher was “The golden crowbar.” It was not a picklock with which one dealt with a lock that still required some craftsmanship; it was the crowbar – brutal, violent, but you could get anywhere with it.
Under boss guides for “Prison of Elders” we read back then: “The guide is: Titan sets up a bubble, everyone in, Gjallarhorn, heavy ammo synths, Gjallarhorn. Done. This is the guide for every boss in Destiny.”
Random groups sometimes only took you if you had the Gjallarhorn. And since it was not possible to truly farm it intentionally, it was also a gamble: Either you had it or you didn’t. A cult developed around the weapon: Were there secret tricks to get it? Maybe a prayer circle just before Xur would finally make him sell it? Were you just cursed? Would Bungie nerf it?
Now Bungie wants to sell the new expansion and seems to have forgotten all this. They bask in old glory and say: Here is the Gjallarhorn. Oh, do you remember! Man, those were the days! Here you have it back. Pre-order the game!

I find it transparent and it leaves a rancid aftertaste. On the one hand, because one knows the “effect” of the weapon, one knows the players, one knows that they long for such a “simple” solution. That they want a weapon that makes them something special, the “key to paradise.” This is calculating.
And one also kind of sells one’s own history with the pre-order action, similar to how soccer clubs sell their stadium names to sponsors. Or when WWE brings back a 50-year-old Undertaker, who can barely walk, for the nth time to sell more tickets.
Yes, that’s how you make money. It works. Of course, it works… But must it be earned that way? Do you really need it?
Skolas .. popular Gjallarhorn victim
Admittedly, it will not be bad what Bungie ultimately does. Even non-pre-orderers will be able to get the Gjallarhorn. Through a quest, they will be able to piece it together themselves.
But overall, in my eyes, this is an unsympathetic, uncool action from Bungie that will ultimately end in disappointment. Because the Gjallarhorn, as it once was, cannot and will not be brought back by Bungie. By doing so, they would only shoot themselves in the foot and trivialize bosses completely, just as it was in Year 1 of Destiny.
The Gjallarhorn is important, beautiful, and dead. It belongs to the past of Destiny and should remain there. With its imitation now selling a few more units… that just doesn’t need to happen.

The upcoming football simulation FIFA 17 promises great innovations and comprehensive gameplay changes. What can we expect from it? What is new?
Every year a new FIFA title from EA Sports is released. That is as certain as FC Bayern Munich’s participation in the Champions League semifinals. And year after year, the developers promise improvements and innovations that are supposed to revolutionize the virtual football experience.
However, some fans see it differently after they have played a few matches of the freshly acquired FIFA title. They don’t notice any significant changes, says a passionate fan in the forums. The whole game is just an update to its predecessor – and at the price of a full-price title, he writes, often receiving agreement from the community. Will FIFA 17 just be an expensive update to FIFA 16?
FIFA 17 wants to change football – But what is new?
EA Sports is launching an offensive with FIFA 17 and spreading the word: “Football has changed.” Under this motto stands this year’s football simulation, which aims to introduce “truly” large-scale improvements and innovations.
A drastic innovation in FIFA 17 will be “The Journey”, the first story mode ever in the FIFA series. You take on the role of young football talent Alex Hunter, experience completely new football worlds, and get to know the exciting life of a professional. You pursue the goal of becoming the new star in the football sky.
This will likely succeed in convincing many football fans to buy FIFA 17. Because who wouldn’t want to pursue a professional career and step onto the pitch with renowned figures? The response to the narrative mode has been overwhelmingly positive: 122k fans liked the “The Journey” trailer on YouTube, while only 3300 disliked it.
Gameplay innovations in FIFA 17
All enthusiastic FIFA fans know, however, that the best mode is worth little if the gameplay is not solid. Especially since we cannot yet predict how extensive “The Journey” will be and how long it can keep one engaged.
Therefore, EA Sports has also announced major innovations for the gameplay, which the Frostbite engine can enable, in addition to improved graphics. FIFA 17 is set to deliver the following new features on the pitch:
Reworked set pieces: You can give your free kicks, penalties, corners, and throw-ins your own personality. You have full control over the set pieces.
Adaptive player intelligence: With a smarter system, players gain a better understanding of space through continuous analysis of the field. Your players move and react differently and show increased activity off the ball. Now, footballers are able to take completely new running paths.
Improved physical engagement: The physical interactions of players are redesigned across all areas of the pitch. In the battle for space and ball possession, you now have more options. 360° shielding and the pushback technique are mentioned, allowing for authentic innovations in ball control, dribbling, physics, and defense.
Diverse attacking techniques: You will have several new ways to create and convert goal-scoring opportunities. EA Sports mentions features like powerful, flat shots, precise through passes, variable take-offs, and header set pieces.
However, we still know nothing about many aspects of FIFA 17: Which stadiums and leagues (how about the 3rd league?) will come? What new features are coming in the “Ultimate Team” mode and in Pro Clubs?
FIFA 17 gives the impression that it will be more than just a polished clone of its predecessor. New graphics, a new mode, and new gameplay changes are already confirmed. On September 29, we will find out how EA Sports’ promises will be fulfilled.
Here you can see the different ways to complete a co-op mission in Ghost Recon Wildlands.
The co-op feature in Tom Clancy’s Ghost Recon Wildlands is already very popular among fans. You can team up with up to 3 other players to complete missions together. It is up to you whether to approach the missions “quietly” or “loudly”.
Coordinated Elimination of Enemies in Wildlands
You can use the co-op mode in Ghost Recon Wildlands to your advantage. By coordinating with your team, you can eliminate multiple targets simultaneously to avoid triggering an alarm. What other advantages you have through the co-op mode can be found in our Ghost Recon Wildlands Co-op Spotlight.

The world of the MMORPG Albion Online is currently being completely overhauled by the developers.
So far, the world of the MMO has been divided into an eastern and a western continent where players can experience adventures. But at the start of the final beta later this summer, these two landmasses will disappear. Instead, the heroes will be exploring the Royal Islands and the Outlands.
Newcomers have better chances
With this change, the aim is to make the game more accessible, especially for newcomers. In the old world, newcomers were often driven out by large guilds. This will change with the new division of the lands and the red and yellow zones. Two Royal Islands have been created that consist of green, yellow, and red zones. There are no guild territories there, meaning that no guild wars will take place. Only occasional PvP matters here.
On the Royal Islands, it is possible to find regions and resources up to Tier 7, with the main part of the territories consisting of regions of Tiers 4 and 5. On the islands, killing players is also considered a crime.
PvP players are not left out either
What about the guilds and hardcore PvP players? They can let loose in the Outlands. There will only be black zones there. Newcomers should not venture here, as guild wars and large PvP battles take place. The regions of the Outlands range from Tier 5 to Tier 8. The lowest resources you can find are Tier 3. The only exception is Tier 1 wood and stone.
Resources of Tier 2 can be found not in the Outlands; these must be transported from the Royal Islands to the Outlands via the ports.
The new world will also receive additional biomes such as Highlands and forest regions, which will not be included at the start of the beta but will be added later. A specific start date for the last beta of Albion Online will be announced later.
