There is news from Ubisoft and the player numbers. The Crew 2 performs quite similarly to its predecessor, so it’s not exactly breaking new ground. However, For Honor is significantly larger than many think. Overall, Ubisoft had a strong quarter from April to June 2018.
Ubisoft Business Report – Oh la la: Ubisoft can present good figures in the business report for Q1 2018/2019 (via ubistatic). This is the quarter from April to the end of June 2018. In that time, they earned 466.5 million US dollars. This surpasses expectations. Ubisoft mainly attributes this to older games, the so-called “Back Catalog”, where they certainly have For Honor and Rainbow Six Siege in mind.
Old games contribute to success – 3 new ones are ready: At Ubisoft, they see this as confirmation of the strategic shift to “Games as a service”. They publish fewer games than before, but they support them for years; developing and monetizing them further. For the future, they see themselves well-positioned with titles like:
PS4 is the most important platform for Ubisoft: Ubisoft makes most of its money on the PS4 (38%), the PC is at 24%, Xbox One is in third place with 22%, and the Switch is at 5%, while mobile accounts for another 8%. The PC has thus surpassed the Xbox One, which was still the second strongest platform for Ubisoft a year ago.
Not exactly thrilling: At the end of June, “The Crew 2” was released to rather mixed reviews. There hasn’t been much news about the game so far. It is said that The Crew 2 performs about as well as part 1 in terms of active users. That doesn’t sound very encouraging.
The Crew 2 still lacks a lot: Ubisoft admits that players expected content and features that are still missing. This mainly refers to PvP content. To retain players, Ubisoft will need to step up with The Crew 2. At Gamescom, they plan to present a roadmap.
For Honor huge
10 million play For Honor: The game that was already written off as a flop, “For Honor”, is enjoying good health. In February, Ubisoft announced that 7.5 million players were registered and 1 million play daily. The number of registered players has now risen to 10 million. For 2018, Ubisoft even announced a 4th faction for “For Honor” at E3.
In The Coming Storm, players can expect a major content update in the Open Beta of Dauntless that throws the city of Ramsgate into chaos.
The big update is coming
A major change. An Ostian Dreadnought crashes in the city of Ramsgate, the central hub of the online action RPG Dauntless. Large parts of the city are destroyed, even visually reshaping it. However, the crash also brings good things, as you’ll meet a variety of new NPCs who have more quests for you. The Ostians are also carrying interesting new items:
New explosive grenades
The Ostian Repeater as the first real ranged weapon
Craft the Ostian items yourself
The Behemoth Koshai, Sovereign of Thorns, is coming! You will also need the Ostian weapons right away, as a new Behemoth named Koshai, Sovereign of Thorns, appears. This is a creature like you have never seen before. Koshai itself not only presents a significant challenge, but it also has the ability to influence and alter other Behemoths.
Other Behemoths change their behavior under Koshai’s influence
The Behemoths mutate and change their form
Even the monsters whose behavior you have already studied will become difficult to crack again
When does The Coming Storm start? The big update will be deployed on August 9. Then you can expect new challenges and features that should make the Free-to-Play game Dauntless even more interesting.
2 million players in the beta. The developers of Dauntless are also pleased to have gained over 2 million players since the beta started in May. The monster-hunter-like action RPG has thus already become a major success even in beta!

Until July 23, the rewards of the GO Fest 2018 in Pokémon GO are still active. Among them is a reward that allows you to receive double candies. Here are tips on how to best utilize the many candies.
The trainers managed to complete all global challenges during the GO Fest 2018 and thus unlocked worldwide rewards. In this article, we will discuss how to get the most out of these rewards before the event expires.
What are the rewards? Trainers receive:
1 special candy for winning raid battles
more hatching experience points
a reduced hatching distance
double candies for catching and hatching Pokémon
How long are the rewards active? Until July 23
Prepare for the developments of Generation 4
There are rare Pokémon among them: Recently, Niantic gave a hint about the fourth generation in Pokémon GO. So far, we do not know when they will make it into the game. However, since some rare developments are among them, it is advisable to start collecting candies as early as possible. The double candies can be a great relief if you encounter a rare species. Here are all the developments listed, along with an estimate of the required candies:
The Pokémon in parentheses are their respective developments from the fourth generation.
Utilize field research for …
Slurpuff (Slurp): Slurpuff appears rarely in the wild. Therefore, try to complete the field research “Use 5 berries when catching Pokémon.” After finishing the task, Slurpuff will appear as a meeting. In addition to the double candies, Slurpuff will not be able to flee here and will also have good IVs.
Utilize nests for …
Electabuzz (Elekid), Magmar (Magby), Shuppet (Duskull), Sneasal (Weavile) and Drifloon (Drifblim): These Pokémon are also quite rare in the wild. However, they all appear in nests. If a nest with these Pokémon appears in your area, you should visit them and secure double candies for these rarities.
Snorunt (Froslass), Roselia (Roserade), Yanma (Yanmega), Magneton (Magnezone), Swablu (Altaria), Glalie (Froslass), Rhyhorn (Rhydon): These Pokémon hardly appear in most biomes. Biomes determine which Pokémon or type of Pokémon appears at the fixed spawn points. However, they appear a bit more frequently in their own biomes – especially when they receive a weather boost of their own type. For a grass-type Pokémon, that would be sunny/clear.
Trapinch (Vibrava), Tangela (Tangrowth), Skorupi (Drapion): These three Pokémon also rarely appear in most biomes. Only that they are additionally rare in their own biomes and the weather boost contributes little to their spawn.
Hatching eggs for …
Porygon (Porygon-Z) and Togetic (Togekiss): These Pokémon are extremely difficult to find in the wild. Here you have the greatest chances when hatching eggs. For this, you also get the double candy bonus.
Boosting meta-relevant Pokémon
From level 30, the candy costs for a power-up are quite high: If you have progressed further in Pokémon GO, you want to use the double candies to strengthen meta-relevant Pokémon. Pokémon in the meta are either good attackers or defenders in gyms.
Geodude and Machop: Have strong evolutions with Golem and Machamp. Golem is a strong attacker in Zapdos raids. Machamp is currently the best fighting Pokémon.
Larvitar and Chansey: Tyranitar is one of the strongest Pokémon in GO and Blissey is a feared defender. Especially for Tyranitar, you will need a lot of candies to maximize its strength.
Use raids for maximum candies: You will receive the most candies from catching during raids. Golem, Machamp, and Tyranitar will drop 20 candies until the end of the event (July 23). Using Razz Berries, you can even get more.
Reduced hatching distance is beneficial for candies
Hatching Pokémon also brings double candies: You should activate your incubators during the event, as this also increases candy production. For this event, it is advisable to use the Super Incubator, as the distances are drastically reduced. You also increase your chances of encountering Pokémon like Togepi, which you can only obtain through hatching.
These are the reduced hatching distances of the GO Fest rewards:
Normal Distance
Halved Distance
Super Incubator
2 KM
1 KM
0.67 KM
5 KM
2.5 KM
1.67 KM
7 KM
3.5 KM
2.33 KM
10 KM
5 KM
3.33 KM
Use Razz Berries: If you have these berries in stock, use them during the event. They quadruple the candies you can earn from the event. For example, with a basic form, you get 3 candies. With the event, that becomes 6 candies, and by using the berry, you get a total of 12 candies.
This means you can get 40 Larvitar candies at once for strong Pokémon like Tyranitar. It’s worth it!
Also, keep in mind that Saturday (July 21) is Zapdos Day:
One of the rewards that can be obtained in Monster Hunter: World from the crossover event with Final Fantasy XIV is the armor of a Dragoon and the glaive Gae Bolg. What these two items are and where they come from, you can find out here.
In developing the crossover event, the developers of both games paid great attention to detail. The monsters should not feel out of place in their new environment, while still remaining true to their original substance.
The developers of Final Fantasy XIV decided to hand over the monster Behemoth and the Dragoon armor to Monster Hunter: World. But what exactly is a Dragoon?
The concept of a Dragoon in the Final Fantasy games has evolved over the years. It began with Final Fantasy II and the character Ricard Highwind (also Garreth), who was the last surviving Dragoon of the city of Deist.
Kain Highwind
However, the character Kain Highwind from FFIV is considered the prototype of the classic Dragoons, whose armor also served as a model for all other Dragoons in the series.
What is special about the Dragoons? As the name suggests, Dragoons in Final Fantasy have always had a close connection to dragons. They are known for either riding dragons or having smaller dragons as companions, as was the case in FFXI. The armor of the Dragoons has also been designed to remind the player of a dragon – with many scales and spikes.
When choosing their weapon, Dragoons prefer spears or lances, which allow them to execute their iconic ability “Jump.” The Dragoon can jump extremely high into the sky and then dive down in a strong attack on their opponents.
The Dragoon armor used in Monster Hunter: World is known as “Artifact Armor” and the weapon is the Gae Bolg, the relic weapon of the Dragoons.
The role of Dragoons in Final Fantasy XIV
In FFXIV, the Dragoons deviated slightly from the normal pattern of dragon riders and friends. The story of the Heavensward expansion tells of a 1,000-year-long war between the dragon race and the nation of Ishgard, where the Dragoons are regarded as elite fighters.
The Dragoons and dragons are bitter enemies in the scenario. However, as the story unfolds, it turns out that not everything is as simple as it appears at first glance.
Why Dragoon specifically? FFXIV features many interesting and cool-looking jobs.
In their decision, the developers considered lore and gameplay, both important aspects of Monster Hunter: World.
The Elder Dragons play a significant role in MHW, and the Dragoons have a strong affinity with dragons.
Dragoons are well-suited for aerial combat and fighting on monster backs thanks to their jumps. It’s a gameplay mechanic that connects them with the glaive in MHW.
Additionally, Dragoons have a higher recognition and nostalgia value for fans of the series than almost any other class from Final Fantasy games.
This is what the monster Behemoth looks like from Final Fantasy XIV in Monster Hunter: World:
From Fortnite, there’s not just the PvP mode “Battle Royale”. In addition, you can also play the game in the PvE coop “Save the World”. In this mode, you can earn V-Bucks for free. So is it worth buying the paid PvE game?
What is Save the World? This name refers to the PvE mode of Fortnite. At the release in 2017, it was even the only mode available. Battle Royale was added later. In Save the World, there is no PvP. Instead, you face hordes of zombies alone or with up to three friends.
You have a limited time on a specific map to gather resources and build fortifications. Then the zombies come, storming your barricades. If you fend them off, you will receive rewards.
PvE on Sale: Save the World still costs €39.99. Epic announced that it would be made free-to-play in 2018, but this has not happened yet. However, until July 30, 2018, you can get the game for half price at €19.99!
Why should you play Save the World?
Is Save the World worth it for PvP fans? One thing should be clear: Save the World is a different game than Battle Royale. Instead of constantly killing each other, you work as a team and fight AI opponents. Additionally, the action is more relaxed. The zombies run foolishly into your traps, so you need to set them up tactically and create true kill corridors.
So you’re not constantly in acute danger because a single zombie won’t take you down immediately. But even if you do not come to terms with this gameplay, there’s a good reason for PvP fans to play Save the World.
The answer is: Free V-Bucks! The premium currency V-Bucks from Save the World also counts for PvP. And unlike the rather marginal amounts from the Battle Pass, there’s really a lot to gain in PvE. So if you’re willing to invest a lot of time in farming, you can make a killing in PvE.
How to get lots of V-Bucks from the PvE mode!
Even at the reduced price, Fortnite: Save the World costs you €19.99. From this, you would already get 2,000 V-Bucks. To make the game worthwhile, you need to earn more than 2,000 Bucks. But don’t worry, it’s easier than you think!
V-Buck Tip #1 – Just Log In!
A very simple method to get free Bucks: Just log in every day! You will receive daily rewards for logging in, including V-Bucks! Starting on day eleven, you’ll already get the first 50 Bucks. Then it increases more and more. If you log in for a total of 336 days, you’ll receive a total of 10,000 V-Bucks!
With this, the game is already more than worth it and you don’t have to play Save the World even once. Just logging in for a second is enough. Make this a part of your morning routine and just log in quickly while brushing your teeth.
V-Buck Tip #2 – Play the Main Story
If you already have Save the World, you can also play it! At least the main story quests are quite fun. They tell a lighthearted story and regularly provide V-Bucks as rewards. It’s best to check beforehand which quests give Bucks and complete those.
The Storm Shield defenses are particularly worthwhile, providing at least 100 Bucks.
V-Buck Tip #3 – Complete Daily Quests
Every day there are new tasks: This way, you can earn at least 50 V-Bucks every day. You can also swap out quests that don’t yield anything for you. If you have the patience to play a bit more Save the World, you can also get a few extra Bucks here. Around 350 Bucks in a week are possible this way.
V-Buck Tip #4 – Use the Collection Book
What is the Collection Book? In Save the World, a lot is about collecting items and other stuff. These can then be immortalized in a kind of sticker album. They may be permanently lost, but you get points and level up in the book.
From level 6, there are 500 Bucks as a reward. At level 26, there are even another 500! And you will find enough items to put in the book if you play Save the World reasonably seriously.
You can see, it’s worth spending a few rounds in Save the World, even as a PvP fan. So take advantage while it’s still on sale! The promotion ends on July 30!
During Ubisoft’s financial conference on July 17, details about the beta registrations for The Division 2 were revealed. These suggest that the sequel to The Division could be similarly successful.
The Division 2 is still a while away. Many fans are looking forward to the continuation of the online shooter, which is already reflected in initial numbers. At a financial conference, Yves Guillemot, President and CEO of Ubisoft, announced that the beta of the online shooter has already set a record from its predecessor.
Meanwhile, The Division 1 was already an extremely successful game: Even the then beta broke with 6.4 million participants the record for the most registered players. At launch, a sales record was also set, and The Division became the most successful game in Ubisoft’s history, having been played by over 20 million players since its release on March 8, 2016 in total.
Beta record of The Division 1 set: Apparently, The Division 2 is still highly anticipated by many players. According to Yves Guillemot, never before have so many players signed up for a beta in such a short time. Not only that, the number surpasses the previous record of the first part by four times!
So far, a whopping 25.6 million players have registered for the beta. An incredible number. Thus, the beta of The Division 2 sets the internal record of the first part.
How this will reflect in the sales figures of The Division 2 is still uncertain. A similarly big success as with The Division 1 would be a significant signal to the competition.
On July 17, 2018, the race for the World First Raid Clear in the Prestige version of the Gauntlet passage started at Destiny 2. After only about 20 minutes, the first team was already finished. Fans view the new Prestige track with mixed feelings.
World First Clear of the 1st Prestige Track – More of a Sprint than a Race
Once again Redeem: In just over 20 minutes, the race or rather the sprint for the World First Clear was already over. Once again, it was the team from the famous Redeem clan with the support of YouTuber Gigz who claimed the title.

Prestige innovations not a real obstacle: Even the new modifier Prestige: Arsenal could not really slow down the experienced Guardians. This modifier is quite something: it removes all ammunition reserves from your weapons. When you empty the magazine of the currently equipped weapon, the magazine of the next summoned weapon is loaded. The expended magazine of your kinetic weapon reloads the magazine of your energy weapon, which then in turn reloads the power weapon when emptied, and so on.
The limited weapon choice, however, did not pose a serious obstacle. The team was restricted to a kinetic pulse rifle, an energy submachine gun, and a grenade launcher in the power slot.

The community views the new Prestige track with mixed feelings: Gigz himself said on Twitter that while a new challenge is always cool and there’s now a reason to play the raid tracks again, he personally prefers the classic Prestige experience – with new mechanics and a higher difficulty level. This opinion is shared by many other fans – even though many wonder why it took nearly nine months for such minor changes.
To everyone’s surprise, it apparently is also not intended to use one of the announced features of the Prestige tracks as expected. Thus, the Prestige passages of the Gauntlet and the World Eater offer exclusive weapons as a reward with a power level of 400. However, these firearms are apparently not intended to be infused into other weapons. Fans are not very pleased about this.
The launch of Pre-Patch 8.0 in World of Warcraft brought some issues. Here are all known bugs so far.
Today, on 18.07.2018, the big Pre-Patch 8.0.1 of World of Warcraft went live, which was supposed to prepare players for the upcoming expansion Battle for Azeroth. However, it didn’t go as smoothly as Blizzard had hoped. In addition to numerous game crashes, login issues on the servers, and error messages, there are also a whole bunch of now known bugs that Blizzard wants to fix.
List of all known bugs from WoW Patch 8.0.1
Blizzard is still working to identify all bugs. So far, the following issues are known with Patch 8.0.1. This is the list of “Known Issues”:
General
The Gladiator’s proto-dragons do not reveal in the description how to obtain them.
If you want to summon a player while they are zone-changing, the summon is sometimes canceled.
Effects of the stat squish
Several bugs present, many spells and creatures from “legacy content” do not scale correctly (and deal too much damage).
Dungeons and Raids
Legacy Loot: Many creatures no longer drop gold.
Highmaul: The bosses do not leave the correct amount of gold in mythic mode.
Dungeon Journal: The Baradin Hold supposedly has a 10-man and 25-man heroic mode, even though this difficulty does not exist.
Several lua errors with the Dungeon Journal.
Communities, Groups and Guilds
In communities, players with the Starter Edition are referred to as “veteran test accounts”.
Guild: Inviting players to the guild who are currently in your group can lead to an error message.
Opening the character window immediately after equipping a new item can lead to a game crash.
Looting a boss’s corpse while you are in a group can lead to an error message.
Communities: Players who have not logged in for years are simply displayed as an empty field in the guild.
Players can occasionally not whisper across realms when selecting other players in communities.
As a result, communities have been temporarily disabled.
Compatibility
Several bugs with DirectX12. The game may try to use more memory from the graphics card than it has, leading to crashes.
On some graphics cards, DirectX12 causes worse performance than DirectX11.
Until things run smoothly in World of Warcraft again, it will take a few more days and hotfixes.
How do you like the patch so far? A clear improvement despite these problems? Or is there still a lot of need for improvement?
The sudden transfer of Cristiano Ronaldo from Real Madrid to Juventus Turin surprised the entire football world. EA Sports was caught off guard as Ronaldo was still announced as the cover star for FIFA 19 in his Real jersey. In a short “Champions Rise” trailer, Ronaldo is now shown via Twitter alongside some other Juve players, such as Giorgio Chiellini, Paulo Dybala, Douglas Costa, and Emre Can.

It seems we can soon expect the first images of the new cover featuring CR7. In the meantime, there were even rumors that Neymar might be considered as a replacement for the cover.
Ronaldo in FIFA: The Journey 3 – What will happen to the story? The cover is not the only problem that EA Sports faces due to the transfer. Ronaldo also plays an important role in the story mode of FIFA. How this will be resolved is still unknown.
The early access phase of the battle royale shooter Fear the Wolves was supposed to start today, July 18th. However, the development team decided very last minute to postpone the testing phase. They need more time.
Small delay of the early access phase
Players suggested postponing the early access. The closed beta of the online shooter provided plenty of feedback from testers. After the developers carefully reviewed this feedback, they decided not to start the early access phase on July 18th. The testers also had specific ideas about the game and what the early access should look like and what it should offer. The team wants to meet these expectations.
Primarily, there are technical issues that hinder gameplay enjoyment. The team also wants to use the time to improve existing systems and implement feedback. The overall gaming experience should benefit from the delay.
Players are excited about unique game elements. According to the developers, the testers of the closed beta particularly praised the elements that stand out from other battle royale shooters. These include:
Dynamic weather that affects gameplay
The additional PvE elements where you fight against werewolves
Radioactive contamination that requires careful approach
The closed beta remains open. Even though the early access phase of Fear the Wolves has now been postponed, testers can continue to play. The closed beta will remain active until the next testing phase can begin. So if you want to join in right away, register on the official website. With a bit of luck, you might still receive access to the beta.
When will the early access phase start now? The developers have not yet announced a new date. However, it is said that the testing phase has only been postponed by a few weeks and will definitely start this summer.

Before the Forsaken expansion, players should be able to reach Power Level 400 in Destiny 2. But be careful when infusing! Here’s what you need to watch out for if you don’t want to waste your 400 weapon!
Weapons with Power Level 400 – Caution When Infusing!
Confusion Surrounding the Infusion of 400 Weapons: Numerous Guardians were quite surprised yesterday when they infused their first weapon with a Power Level of 400 into their favorite gun. Because for many, the infusion did not change the desired weapon at all. The Power Level remained unchanged. Others reported, however, that they were now, for example, proud owners of a 405 D.A.R.C.I.
What Was Going On? As Bungie has now confirmed, it is a bug. Guardians were not supposed to be able to infuse the new 400 rewards from the recently launched Prestige Raid sectors into other weapons at all. Apparently, due to the bug, it is still partially possible, but it often works differently than players expect. The studio has already taken up the issue and is working on a solution. However, they did not say when to expect it.
What You Should Watch Out for When Infusing: Infusing the new 400 weapons was not intended and therefore partially fails. If you don’t want to waste your newly acquired 400 weapon, you should pay attention to the following:
Infusion only effective with Exotics: Currently, you can easily infuse a weapon with a Power Level of 400 into a corresponding Exotic. It works as usual and raises the exotic weapon to a Power Level of 405.
Avoid infusing into legendary weapons: Infusing the 400 reward into another legendary weapon of your choice is faulty. Normally, it shouldn’t be possible at all – for most weapons it isn’t. However, you can infuse the 400 weapon into another legendary raid weapon. This will, however, only raise it to 380/385. Thus, you would unnecessarily waste the valuable Prestige sector loot.
The workaround also doesn’t work: There is theoretically still the possibility of infusing Exotics to a Power Level of 405 and then using them to feed other legendary weapons of your choice. But even in this case, the desired weapon will end at 380/385.
Legendary 400 weapons: If you want a legendary weapon at 400/405, you must keep the reward weapon from the Prestige raid sector. There is currently no other way to do this.
For players without Warmind: Players who do not own the Warmind expansion should be particularly careful when infusing. If they infuse a 400 weapon into a legendary weapon, they will temporarily lose access to that weapon.
Until Bungie offers a solution, you should either keep your Prestige sector reward with Power Level 400 or infuse it into a suitable Exotic. With all other options, you would simply waste your hard-earned 400 weapon.
This came as a surprise. Those who want to play WoW now have it easier. The game no longer needs to be purchased! The base game of WoW, along with all expansions up to Legion, is free, but subscription costs remain.
With the launch of the Pre-Patch 8.0.1 for World of Warcraft, Blizzard has not only changed many things in Azeroth but also in the real world. The barriers to entry for World of Warcraft have now decreased. Those who want to start with World of Warcraft no longer need to buy the base game. Instead, it is enough to subscribe, and you can start playing right away.
WoW now a mix of Free2Play and Pay2Play
Legion is free for all players. With the launch of the Pre-Patch, all accounts are now automatically upgraded up to “World of Warcraft: Legion”. So anyone who starts with Battle for Azeroth only needs to purchase the upcoming expansion and can then enjoy all new content. This also aligns with Blizzard’s earlier approach to integrating outdated expansions into the base game.
Generosity with refunds: Those who recently decided to purchase “Legion” and are now angry about having “wasted” their money should contact Blizzard support. According to several reports on Reddit, Blizzard appears to be quite generous and refunds the purchase price of the outdated expansion for many players if the purchase was made only a few days ago. However, there seems to be no claim to it.
Battle Chest is gone. With the removal of the necessity of the base game, the Battle Chest has also been discontinued. This was an offer from Blizzard that included all old expansions. Since now only the purchase of Battle for Azeroth is necessary, the usefulness and purpose of the Battle Chest diminish, which is why it is no longer available.
Just a different label? Some players point out that fundamentally, not much has changed. Because when purchasing the base game, 30 days of playtime were included. Now you just have to buy the playtime, which essentially still costs the same as the previous purchase of the game with the inclusive playtime.
But it certainly sounds nicer to say: For WoW, you now only need a subscription.
With patch 8.0.1, legendary items are raining down in World of Warcraft. You can get several Legendaries every day! Upon logging in, you receive 1000 essences for free in a Mythic+ chest – enough for a “Free-Legendary.”
Patch 8.0.1 of World of Warcraft has ushered in the era of Battle for Azeroth and has been active on European servers since this morning (07/18/2018). Alongside all the many changes we already discussed in this article, there is especially good news for collectors of legendary items. From now on, there are many more sources of Awakened Essences, which players can use to purchase legendary items. In other words: It’s raining Legendaries!
You can buy the Legendaries from Vridiel.
From which sources can you now get Awakened Essences? With patch 8.0, essences are available in large quantities from many new sources. Most of them can even be tackled solo.
World Quests: 5 – 35 Awakened Essences
Class Hall Missions: 10 – 20 Awakened Essences
“Elite Strike” Class Hall Missions: 250 Awakened Essences
Weekly Mythic+ Chest: 250 Awakened Essences
Thus, you can easily gather 1000 or more essences per day.
A Legendary is practically free
Moreover, all characters at level 110 receive a special “Mythic+” reward chest once, which immediately contains 1000 Awakened Essences – enough to immediately purchase a Legendary of your choice!
How much do legendary items cost? Legendary items still cost 1000 Awakened Essences. However, since patch 8.0.1, players can purchase legendary items deliberately according to their wishes. It is no longer necessary to wait for the random right drop, but everyone gets the item they would like.
Those who wish can prepare their characters for the start of Battle for Azeroth. The legendary items will play an important role during the leveling phase, as their bonus effects will be disabled at level 116.
Have you already collected all Legendaries? Or are you still busy collecting?
In Fortnite: Battle Royale, it is mainly about surviving longer than your opponents. However, players occasionally help each other to overcome challenges or escape tricky situations. Such a rescue mission has now spectacularly failed.
One or another has been in such a desperate situation: The edges of the maps are often cliffs from which there is no escape unless you have the necessary resources and can “build” your way up.
This happened to a player who apparently fell down the cliff after leaving a golf cart. The player Muselk sees the helpless opponent and does everything to save him. Unfortunately, the resources run low on the way down, which forces Muselk to resort to the last straw: the golf cart.
The golf cart as a last resort? It has been proven several times that these vehicles can also climb steep hills with skillful use of drifting and turbo. Carefully, Muselk makes his way down the mountain. The rest is likely to go down in Fortnite history.
Could you have (and wanted to) save the player?
This is an AI-powered translation. Some inaccuracies might exist.
The big Patch 8.0 for World of Warcraft is just around the corner. We will tell you everything you need to know about it.
On July 18, the wait is over, and World of Warcraft leaves Legion behind to begin the era of Battle for Azeroth. Along with this come many changes and innovations that you can experience even before the actual release of the expansion in August. We provide a brief overview of the biggest and most important innovations that Patch 8.0 will bring you.
The Stat Squish. The Stat Squish, also known as “Stat Squish” or “Item Squish”, ensures that all numbers in World of Warcraft will become smaller. Item levels, attribute points, damage, and healing will drastically decrease, making the numbers easier to understand. However, the relative power of your character will not change, as enemies will also become accordingly weaker.
Deactivation of Artifact Weapons. The properties and bonuses of the Artifact Weapons will be deactivated, just like their special ability. However, you can still wear and use the weapons until you find a better weapon in Battle for Azeroth.
Abolition of PvP Servers. With Patch 8.0, there is the new War Mode. Players in Orgrimmar and Stormwind can choose to activate PvP and will then be in “War Mode”. This way, they will only see other players who have also activated PvP. This system completely abolishes PvP servers. There will only be regular and RP servers.
Honor Merges. The prestige level of all your characters will be dissolved, and the honor of the entire account will be consolidated. This will give you your new honor level. If you have multiple characters with high prestige levels, you can expect to receive some rewards retroactively.
Communities and Voice Chat. There are new social features for all players. World of Warcraft is reintroducing voice chat, allowing for better communication in-game. If that is not enough, you can also join communities – which function essentially like small Discord servers, but are tied to individual characters.
New Talents. Patch 8.0 drastically overhauls the talents and playstyles of many classes, as they now have to manage without their artifact weapons. So make sure to check the abilities of your class and its talents after logging in, as things will have changed dramatically!
Global Cooldowns. Many abilities in World of Warcraft will again be subject to a Global Cooldown. Certain buffs cannot be activated simultaneously with just one keystroke anymore, but must be activated individually and in succession. This is intended to make decisions feel more significant again.
Personal Loot and Traditional Loot. With Patch 8.0, personal loot is the only loot system that exists in current content. Loot Masters, Need before Greed, and other systems will be completely abolished. At the same time, players can activate a “traditional” loot mode in “old” dungeons to also receive loot that doesn’t actually correspond to their specialization.
New Customization Options. Some races will receive special, new customization options. For example, Orcs can walk upright, and Blood Elves can give themselves golden eyes. We have presented the exact customizations here.
Are you looking forward to the Pre-Patch 8.0 and the many changes in World of Warcraft?

In Destiny 2, on July 17th, it is Weekly Reset again. The Faction Rally is live! The Prestige Raid Courses are starting. Additionally, new activities can now be tackled with the weekly reset. The weekly Crucible playlist is rotating again.
A new week dawns in the Destiny universe. And it brings a lot with it.
All who have already reached rank 50 with their chosen faction and snagged the best loot can now pledge allegiance to another faction if desired. Also, those who are dissatisfied with their previous choice can now try their luck with another group.
By the way: If you did not earn all faction-specific masterwork catalysts by the end of the last Season 3 Rally, don’t worry. These three exotic catalysts will also be available beyond Season 3.
The World-First race for the Prestige Raid courses begins: With Update 1.2.3, the Prestige versions of the two Leviathan raid courses “World Eater” and “Star Breach” have finally been introduced into the game today. To allow all Guardians an optimal race for the world’s first completion of a Prestige Raid course, the two Prestige passages start at different times:
World Eater Prestige mode starts on July 17, 2018 at 20:00
Star Breach Prestige mode follows on July 18, 2018 at 19:00
But let’s see what else this current week has to offer.

In the Prestige mode, you must activate the modifiers through challenge cards. These cards drop for DLC owners in both the normal and Prestige mode of the Nightfall. Don’t forget that you can upgrade your challenge cards again with Xur starting Friday.
The following challenges need to be mastered:
Unbroken: Complete the Nightfall with fewer than 3 deaths.
The Floor is Lava: Ensure your fireteam is not struck by Protheon’s fiery ground attack before defeating him.
Heroic Strike Modifiers
The respective Scorch modifier remains active until the next reset. The two other modifiers change daily. Currently, the following modifiers are active in the heroic strike playlist:

Not everything can get better. Cortyn experienced his first disappointment in World of Warcraft: Battle for Azeroth: the zone Vol’dun.
After exploring the area Zuldazar in the beta of World of Warcraft: Battle for Azeroth in the past few days, the next zone was on the agenda: Vol’dun.
Vol’dun is a vast desert that visually resembles a mix of Desolace and Uldum. Besides a lot of sand and rocks, there are a few troll pyramids and two new races: Vulpera and Sethrak.
Highlights: Fox and Snake
First of all: The Vulpera are not as “cuddly” as I feared. Their quests are actually quite interesting, and even though the fox beings seem a bit overenthusiastic, they fit well into the game world and are a solid addition.
The same goes for the Sethrak, the snake people who mainly act as antagonists in Vol’dun and have nearly taken control of the entire desert.
Both species are fitting and blend perfectly into the desert – whether as victims for their own abilities or as allies in battle.
And now we come to what is disappointing about Vol’dun: the story. For this, I have to spoil a bit, so you’ve been warned. The major conflict of Vol’dun is that the antagonists (the Sethrak) want to open an ancient pyramid that was sealed long ago. The key for this was split into three shards and given to different Sethrak.
The quest givers repeatedly say that the villain “poses a great danger even with just one keystone” – why? The whole time before it is claimed that all three keystones are absolutely necessary. Why is it suddenly so dangerous that the enemy Sethrak has another one?
Okay, I could overlook this small logic gap. But not the second one. Because our heroic crew seriously comes up with the idea to store both already obtained keystones in the same place and then leave that place.
Even when accepting the quest, I had to facepalm. You don’t have to be a genius to see what is about to happen. While the player leaves the two keystones behind to fetch the third, the villain comes by and snatches the other two keystones.
And that’s exactly how it happened. For the first time in a long time, I was really angry because the story was neither exciting nor well done. It was stupid. Our characters were stupid. Our allied NPCs were stupid.
The most disappointing area so far, ruined by the story
You weren’t cleverly outsmarted or sneakily tricked – you were simply dumb as a rock.
Even the supposedly exciting finale of the area, which once again revolves around the influences of the Old Gods, does not erase the bad feeling left after this unsatisfying outcome of the quests.
No, at the end of Vol’dun, I was disappointed and only happy about the fact that this zone was finally behind me. If Battle for Azeroth has a narrative weakness, it is the main questline of Vol’dun.
The update 1.2.3 for Destiny 2 can now be downloaded and installed. Bungie has now released the patch notes for PS4, Xbox One, and PC.
The update 1.2.3 for Destiny 2 is live. The patch is about 1,704 MB on PS4 and needs to be downloaded and installed so you can play Destiny 2 again. As no server downs are planned, you should be able to play right after the installation of the update.
Bungie has just released the official patch notes for update 1.2.3

Triumph Moments
Triumph Moments quests will be available in the game for the Solstice of Heroes event starting July 31, 2018.

When the summer event becomes available on July 31, 2018, you can receive the Triumph quests from a special summer event vendor and you can complete them during the duration of the event.
Triumphs are based on specific account data; once a Triumph has been exchanged for points, it cannot be exchanged for points on another character.

Rewards will be available in the game starting July 31, 2018. Stay up to date with @BungieHelp regarding availability.
