What are Player Picks? Introduced in FIFA 19, Player Picks allow you to choose from a selection of 5 cards, of which you can choose one. The FUT Champions rewards include the red TOTW cards that you would otherwise receive in the monthly rewards.

When does the Weekend League start? A new competition starts every Friday at 9 AM. The first Weekend League will take place from October 5 to October 8. After that, there will be a new competition every week.
When does the Weekend League end? A FUT Champions weekend lasts exactly 3 days. Thus, each competition ends on Monday at 9 AM. The last Weekend League will likely take place at the end of August 2019.
What is FUT Champions and how do I qualify?
The Weekend League is the mode for top players: FUT Champions – or also the Weekend League – is the mode for the best FIFA players. Not only are there great prizes to win, but you can also qualify for official FUT tournaments by using this mode. However, this usually only works for eSports players.

The Qualification for the Weekend League
How can I participate? Last year, qualification for the Weekend League came through Daily Knockout Tournaments. In FUT 19, this is different. A detailed explanation of FUT Champions qualification can be found here for you.
What do I need for qualification? You need 2000 FUT Champions Points to receive a Weekend League Token. You can choose when to redeem this token.
Where do I get points? Either through the weekly rewards of the Weekend League or Division Rivals. Additionally, every Division Rivals match gives extra points.

What are World Tiers? Once you reach level 30 in The Division 2, your game world is divided into World Tiers. These determine how strong your enemies are, how high the Gear Score of your loot is, and which endgame content is available.
In total, there are 5 Tiers, but only 4 of them have been accessible since the release on March 15. The 5th World Tier is supposed to follow soon. We show you how to unlock the World Tiers and what the Gear Score has to do with it.
The Gear Score plays a central role in the endgame
This is the Gear Score: Once you reach level 30, the Gear Score replaces the level of your gear. Instead, it is now indicated in a Gear Score.
The Gear Score indicates how high the values of your gear can be. The higher your Gear Score, the stronger the pieces you wear.

World Tiers 2-4 are tied to strongholds
To unlock the remaining World Tiers, you will have to play certain endgame content. Essentially, it involves an additional endgame campaign.
What are strongholds? These are the headquarters of the enemy faction. After you complete them during the main story, they will be repopulated and significantly reinforced by the factions.
World Tiers 2-4 will become accessible once you complete the 3 strongholds again. For each World Tier, you must reclaim a stronghold. However, for each of the 3 strongholds, you must first complete 2 invaded missions and reach a specific Gear Score.
The order does not matter, it results automatically from the requirements for your gear.
These are the 3 strongholds:
District Union Arena (Gear Score: 275+): To complete this stronghold again, you must finish the invaded missions Grand Washington Hotel and Jefferson Trade Center.
Roosevelt Island (Gear Score: 325+): For another run, you need to complete the Potomac Event Center and the Federal Emergency Bunker.
Capitol (Gear Score: 375+): Complete the invaded missions Air & Space Museum and Space Administration HQ.
What are invaded missions? These are new versions of missions that you complete during the story.
But with World Tier 4, it’s not over. A new stronghold follows after release with Tidal Basin.
This is the base of the Black Tusk, a particularly dangerous faction that only appears in the endgame and stands in your way, both in the invaded missions and in the game world.
If you complete Tidal Basin once this stronghold is available, World Tier 5, the last one, will be unlocked.

How strong is the Recluse

This is how strong Weapon Mastery is: The Weapon Mastery perk increases damage for 5 seconds. If you activate this with another weapon, wait briefly (but not too long, or it will disappear), and then switch to the Recluse, you still have the increased damage for 5 seconds.
The damage in PvE, for example, increases from 2028 to 3068 – an increase of around 50%!
You will receive the Recluse as a Masterwork version with fixed perks. Additionally, the submachine gun gains increased range due to the Masterwork version, which is very good for submachine guns in both PvE and PvP.
Is the weapon worth it in PvE? Nexxoss Gaming says that this weapon impressed him in PvE. It excels at quickly killing smaller enemies. The damage buff is enormous, and thanks to its relatively high range, the Recluse is fun to play. With its high fire rate, enemies melt away.

Is the weapon worth it in PvP? In PvP, the Recluse is incredibly good when the special perk is active. Then enemies die extremely fast.

But even without the active Weapon Mastery perk, the Recluse is useful in PvP.
