This is the season progress: The season progress works similarly to the Battle Pass in Fortnite. By completing various challenges, players were able to earn experience points and unlock rewards. The highest reward of Season 1 was the so-called story players Zaha, Tolisso, and Vazquez. Players can choose one of these three when they reach Level 30.
When does Season 1 end? Those who haven’t collected all rewards yet should hurry. The first season of FIFA 20 ends on Friday evening, November 8!

Doinb was considered “cursed” after the scandal
Why was he considered cursed? Doinb is South Korean but has been playing in China since 2015. After 2014, there was a wave of many Koreans moving to China because there was fresh money, and Koreans at that time were considered the best players in the world.
A Chinese team discovered Doinb in Korea’s Solo Queue, where he had already made a name for himself as a “high-Elo” player.
In China, however, his career was considered “cursed,” as DotEsports describes. Doinb’s time in China started well with the Qia Gu Reapers, as the team even qualified for international tournaments, where they were unluckily eliminated. But then disaster struck.
A conflict between Doinb and his then jungler caused the team to have to withdraw from a tournament in April 2016. Doinb accused the jungler of not listening to the coaches and wanting Doinb to be benched.
This “scandal” brought Doinb a career setback and a strange reputation.
Doinb then played for rather mediocrely successful teams between 2017 and 2018, which couldn’t accomplish much. The Qiao Gu Reapers were bought and became JD Gaming. With that team, he didn’t find great success. Later, he switched to the Rogue Warriors, which also didn’t go well.
Doinb was already considered a “failed import” in China.
But while things weren’t going well for his teams, Doinb managed to adjust his playstyle relatively late in his career and won individual awards.
Ryze, which G2 Esports will hardly let him play.
Now he is known for having a broad and somewhat strange champion pool in the mid lane.
The team “FunPlus Phoenix” recruited Doinb in December 2018 and apparently decided to fully back Doinb and support his style of excessive roaming. Because it only works if the rest of the team is on board.

One of the smaller surprises at BlizzCon 2019 was a new game mode for Hearthstone. The mode, called “Battlegrounds,” is strongly based on the currently successful “Auto Chess” genre, so games like Teamfight Tactics or DOTA Underlords. Similar to these games, you buy units, place them on the battlefield, and upgrade them gradually – just in typical Hearthstone fashion.
But how can you join?
This is how you gain access to Hearthstone: Battlegrounds: Basically, there is the option to “buy into the beta.” You need to have purchased one of two things:
Is it possible to join without spending money? Yes, that is also possible. In addition to the two paid options, there is the possibility to gain access to the beta on Twitch. Clever players have found a way to make the otherwise boring and unpopular reconnaissance drones more useful in Call of Duty: Modern Warfare. They have transformed them into remote-controlled mines.
Here’s how the “deadly drones” are built: Players have found a way to upgrade the reconnaissance drones from Modern Warfare a bit. They combine the drones with Claymores.
The reconnaissance drones are a Field Upgrade that players can deploy after a short charging time. The drones are then remotely controlled and are used to mark enemies.
Other players on the team can place Claymores on these drones. These remain active and can also detonate. So when the drone pilot flies their drone towards an enemy, the Claymore explodes and kills them. In the embedded video at minute 9:30, you can even see a multi-kill with it.

This is the raid hour: Regularly, there is a raid hour in Pokémon GO every Wednesday evening. During this time, there will be an increased number of legendary raids.
Everything about the raid hour with Cobalion tonight
When does the raid hour start? As usual, the raid hour starts at 6 PM local time. 20 minutes before, a legendary egg will appear at all gyms where no other raid is taking place.
If additional gyms become available by 7 PM, more Cobalion raids will also appear there. The exception is gyms that have distributed invites for EX raids.
The best counters against Cobalion: The legendary Pokémon is vulnerable to fighting, fire, and ground. The best counters are fire-type Pokémon: Chandelure, Blaziken, and Moltres.
For the raid hour, we recommend a group size of 5-6 players. This way, you will be quick at raiding and won’t have to wait for too many teammates.
Are Cobalion raids worth it? Cobalion does not change the meta of Pokémon GO at all. It is significantly weaker than other steel attackers like Metagross or Dialga. As a fighting attacker, it simply has too weak attacks.
From a usability perspective, Cobalion is therefore not important. However, legendary raids always give you important items like rare candies. Raids are always worth it.
Will there be more raid hours? Nothing is known about this yet. However, it is quite possible that another raid hour will take place next Wednesday.

In the next WoW expansion, world quests are set to be significantly reworked. This makes sense when artifact power is no longer a reward.
World quests in World of Warcraft have become a staple of the endgame for every expansion. However, world quests are controversial in the community. For some, they are an engaging, recurring task that can be completed in a few minutes. Others find world quests annoying because the same tasks must be done repeatedly and grinding for important resources (artifact power, war resources) is involved.
What did the developers say? In an interview, the developers confirmed that the world quest system will be revamped. Specifically, the question was asked:
“What will the motivation be to engage in daily activities when artifact power is no longer in the game?”
In response came the somewhat vague reply:
There are other rewards in world quests that are not artifact power to motivate players to complete them. We are currently looking at the world quest system and will be overhauling it; we call it “World Quests 2.0”. More information will be available at the beta release.
World quests have been in WoW for a while – some like them, others do not. The “compulsory grind” is particularly annoying.
Why are changes coming? In WoW: Shadowlands, the developers have moved away from the artifact power concept. There will be no new artifact weapon that constantly needs to be supplied with AP to reach new levels.
The system was designed so that for a small advantage, one often had to farm for days. Particularly, professional players in large raid guilds felt compelled to farm artifact power from all possible sources (world quests, islands, raids) day and night before a new raid opened.

What will the changes look like? What exactly these changes will look like is still unknown. You want to change the language in Red Dead Redemption 2 and play in German, English, or other languages? No problem, it can be adjusted. We will show you how.
Which language can be changed? If you follow this guide to change the language of Red Dead Redemption 2, you will notice this in the subtitles and in the menu. The game itself does not have a German voiceover, only the English one. Arthur will not suddenly speak German.

This prompted DrDisrespect to get really angry. He immediately ended the round and started complaining. He says: “I can’t play this fucking game right now, I just don’t want to play.”
What is he criticizing? At the center of his complaints are primarily two things: claymores and the 725 shotgun.

In Fortnite, players suddenly received erroneous ban messages due to a feature that actually belongs to the game. Now, a few of those affected are being compensated by Epic.
What happened? Players who wanted to watch their friends during a solo match suddenly received ban messages. They were warned for allegedly breaking the “teaming” rule.

The Destiny 2 raid “Garden of Salvation” poses a new challenge for you. We explain how to master the first challenge “Remnants”.
What is a raid challenge? The raids from the Destiny universe are among the highlights of the franchise. Raids are challenging group activities for six Guardians. Together, they aim to defeat tough bosses, solve tricky puzzles, and overcome dizzying jumping sections.
Raids are not that easy to master for most players. However, for those who find the challenges there insufficient, Bungie offers so-called raid challenges. These provide classic additional mechanics or restrict certain playstyles.
Challenges usually relate to a specific raid encounter or phase. In the “Garden of Salvation”, there are a total of four such encounters – the jumping sections are excluded.
This is how the Remnants challenge works
This is the first encounter: The current challenge “Remnants” takes place in the first phase of the Shadowkeep raid “Garden of Salvation”. Unlike the three previous raids, no extra bounty needs to be picked up from Hawthorne. The challenge is automatically active when the raid starts. You will see the relevant information on the start screen on the left.
To master the first encounter, the team divides into two equal groups of three Guardians. One team stays in the starting area and distracts the boss, who would otherwise execute his wipe mechanic (instant death for all players). The other team goes further into an area and opens a barricade (energy field that blocks the passage). Subsequently, the teams switch tasks. This is repeated several times.

This is what the challenge looks like now: To successfully master “Remnants”, most Vex Cyclops must be kept alive in the first encounter. Some Cyclops must be eliminated, otherwise the Angel (a Vex Hydra) does not spawn. Only after the Angel’s death does the cube open – with which you open the barricades between the areas.
The rule is: If a Cyclops is alone in an area, defeat it. After its death, two Cyclops will appear in the previous area. These must remain alive if you want to successfully complete the challenge. So leave the respawning Cyclops duo alone in all three areas.
Once you have defeated all three barricades, you need to cross an open field. Here, a bunch of Cyclops await you. Do not hesitate, these enemies are no longer part of the challenge and can be eliminated without issue.
Tips for the challenge: Unfortunately, the Cyclops do not behave quietly and are not really grateful for being spared. On the contrary, you will often be under constant fire – and at the most inconvenient moments.
A general survival tip here is to keep moving constantly. The one-eyed Vex turrets fire relatively slow shots. By constantly changing positions, most projectiles should go astray. But be careful of splash damage, that is environmental damage. This can hit you even while you are in seemingly safe cover and has a huge radius.
Each of the three Guardian classes has special protective mechanisms:
Titans create their so-called “Bubble” (shield of the dawn).
Hunters become invisible through dodging or smoke bombs.
Warlocks place their “Well of Radiance” or throw healing grenades.

Voice acting at Blizzard is special: What has been emphasized repeatedly is the fact that at Blizzard, voice acting is handled differently than in most other studios. Instead of standing alone or in pairs during a recording and simply reading the lines without much context, they take their time at Blizzard and bring the voice actors together.
They often perform little “role plays,” where they are supposed to behave just like the characters would. This results in funny dialogues and sometimes even really funny outtakes that drift into absurdity. They brought some of those to BlizzCon.
However, apart from these funny inserts, the panel with the voice actors was extremely exciting. They even reenacted two of the cinematics and spoke their now-famous lines. It even had a bit of theater atmosphere and brought a lot of cheers from the fans at BlizzCon.

Red Dead Redemption 2 on PC is having issues. Players report that their RDR 2 crashes, screen goes black, or they get kicked to the desktop – “has stopped unexpectedly.” For some players, it doesn’t even start. We’ll show you fixes here to resolve the issues.
What is the problem? Yesterday, on November 5th, Red Dead Redemption 2 launched on PC. However, the launch was far from smooth for some players. Many report crashes and black screens. Red Dead Redemption 2 then “exited unexpectedly”.
Some players cannot even start the game, while others get stuck on endless loading screens.
Reasons for these issues can include outdated graphics drivers, anti-virus programs, or the Rockstar Games Launcher itself. We will show you how to start the game.
1. Update Rockstar Games Launcher – against PC crash
What should you do? To fix some of the reported issues from the first hours, Rockstar Games has released an update for its new Rockstar Games Launcher.
You should definitely install this to ensure that the launcher runs smoothly. The update should automatically download and install when starting the launcher. The new version number is “v1.0.9.164”.
2. Exceptions for Anti-Virus Software
What should you do? If the launcher doesn’t start correctly or doesn’t download updates, it may be related to anti-virus software.
The solution is to add exceptions in the software for Red Dead Redemption 2. As a test, you can temporarily disable the software and try to start the launcher and Red Dead Redemption 2. If everything works with the anti-virus software disabled, then that is where the issue lies.
3. Update Graphics Drivers – for “exited unexpectedly”
What should you do? In some cases, an outdated graphics driver can cause issues while playing. Black screens or unexpected game crashes can be the symptoms. Make sure your drivers are up to date.
Download the latest drivers, install them, and then perform a restart. After that, try to play Red Dead Redemption 2 on PC again.
4. Run Red Dead Redemption 2 on PC as Admin
How to do that? A common issue with Windows is user rights. Some games or programs simply need to be run as an admin. The reasons are deeper, but the execution is quite easy.
Locate the Red Dead Redemption 2.exe on your PC. It is either in the folder where the game was installed or as a shortcut on your desktop. Right-click the file and select “Run as Administrator.” In the next dialog, confirm and then RDR 2 should start on PC.
5. Safe Mode of RDR 2
What should you do? If none of the solutions above work for you, then the safe mode of Red Dead Redemption 2 may help you.
After the game crashes with the error message “Red Dead Redemption 2 exited unexpectedly,” there is an option for Safe Mode. If you select this, the game will start with significantly reduced graphics settings. Try adjusting these settings piece by piece if everything runs smoothly.

The German YouTuber Ahman “ApoRed” Nadim Ahadi has built a large gaming channel on Fortnite . As “RedSama,” he has about 1.48 million subscribers on YouTube. This makes it one of the largest German-speaking Fortnite channels. But the channel is now in danger: Epic has issued copyright strikes against him. Deletion is imminent.
This is the situation: In a video from November 2nd, YouTuber ApoRed (25) explains that he received numerous copyright strikes on YouTube on November 1st, the holiday.
These strikes come directly from Epic, and if they are not revoked, his channel “RedSama” is set to be deleted on November 8th.
“Red” during strikes is not a good sign. The channel is set to be deleted, according to the YouTube status display.
ApoRed shows images of the strikes and says that he currently has an upload ban. The strikes were issued on “completely normal Fortnite videos” without any special oddities.

ApoRed admits, however, that he has promoted sites on his channel RedSama that sell unique skins – but he says that other YouTubers have done that too. They are not banned.
For such sites, RedSama apparently advertised – in any case, he shows the screen of another YouTuber who does that too.
ApoRed Feels Harassed
He believes that Epic hates him or that one or two people at Epic hate him. This has been a pattern throughout his career:

In Pokémon GO the Rocket bosses are now available! After numerous teasers, some players are now finding them in the app. They bring Shiny Shadow Pokémon and also the Unova Stone.
You can challenge the 3 villains just like other Rocket grunts. However, if you defeat them, there are significantly better rewards.
Everything you need to know about the Rocket bosses
Is the release worldwide? Since November 7, the Rocket bosses can be found worldwide. You can attack Sierra, Arlo, and Cliff anywhere.
How do you challenge them? First, you need to search for mysterious components. You get these from battles with regular Rocket grunts. If you find a total of 6 components, you will receive the Rocket Radar.

With this radar, you can then track down the bosses. It works somewhat like a tracker and shows you the position of the boss nearby. You then have to walk there and you can challenge Cliff, Arlo, or Sierra.

And indeed: With Gladd’s support, Bagel was ultimately able to master the Shattered Throne and defeat the boss Dul Incaru solo. The requirements to break the curse are finally fulfilled.
Power level 999 reached, boss defeated – and now? Many were eagerly waiting to see what would happen next. After all, a lot was expected from this moment.
But absolutely nothing happened – not after the mission timer expired, not after the flight into orbit, and not after a visit to Petra Venj in the Dreaming City itself.

Others say that Bungie possibly waited until someone actually succeeded before implementing changes in the game to not spoil anything prematurely in the data – maybe a new storyline is coming.
Still others think that there could now be an exclusive emblem from Bungie or that nothing happens at all, and the developers simply trolled the fans.

In FIFA 20 the next update is already available. The current Title Update 6 is now live and addresses minor issues, leaving the gameplay mostly untouched – here are the patch notes.
After the release of Title Update 5 last week, the new Title Update 6 is now coming right after it. It is noticeable that the time span between updates in FIFA 20 is currently quite short.
When will the update be available? The update is now available for PC. As usual, it is expected to be released for PlayStation 4 and Xbox One in the coming days.
What’s included in Title Update 6
What does the update bring? The update fixes bugs in all game modes of FIFA 20. However, it focuses mainly on smaller issues. Most improvements are found in the FUT mode, where mainly display issues are addressed.
But even in Career mode, minor improvements are made, such as being less likely to be fired as a coach despite having success with your team.
Additionally, the update will add 39 more game faces. However, these will only be available later with the release of a server update, EA says. Which new player faces will be included is not yet known.
