In Pokémon GO, Thundurus will arrive in raids on March 2nd. We will show you what the raid boss can do and whether many raids will be worthwhile.
How long will Thundurus stay? The legendary Pokémon will enter raids on March 2nd at 10 PM. However, it will only be available for us starting March 3rd, as no raids will take place that late. It is unclear how long Thundurus will stay, but it is expected to disappear in early April.
What do the stats show? For an initial overview, let’s take a look at Thundurus’ stats. It is important to note that this is Thundurus in its Incarnate Form:
Attack: 266
Defense: 164
HP: 188
Max CP: 3345
The attack value of 266 is quite good for an Electric-type attacker, and no other Pokémon of this type has such a high value. However, the other two values are quite weak, and Thundurus does not withstand much damage in battle.
What do the moves show? The look at the moves reveals the significant problem of Thundurus. It has very weak Electric-type moves:
Fast Moves: Thunder Shock (Electric) and Astonish (Ghost)
There are much better Electric moves in the game, yet Thundurus has no access to them. With these moves, it deals significantly less damage than monsters like Raikou or Electivire.
Are the raids worth it? A good Thundurus is certainly not bad, but the wrong moves devalue it enormously. However, one can hope that it may learn a good move someday, making it significantly more useful.
Raid passes can be invested in, but there are better Electric attackers.
One should keep in mind that Thundurus will also appear in its Therian Form. There, it will have significantly better stats and could become the best Electric attacker with the right moves. So, it’s worth saving candies for this.
How does it perform in PvP? Here, Thundurus shines through its numerous charged moves that are sometimes very quickly charged.
However, it also has some disadvantages here. With its weakness to Rock-type, it can be easily defeated, and its durability in battles is not very high due to low values in defense and HP.
Have you heard about the new Field Research in Pokémon GO?
Streamer Felix “xQc” Lengyel (24) has received a temporary ban on Twitch for playing the Steam game Strip 4, where naked breasts were visible. This is now officially known. His appeal was unsuccessful: When will the streamer be back on Twitch? And why do some find the ban unfair?
This is why xQc was banned: The popular Twitch streamer played the Steam game “4 Strip” and won a “Connect Four” against a virtual school friend. Afterwards, he used the option to remove the school friend’s bra: To his complete surprise, her breasts were visible. Who could have guessed that?
When female or male nipples are visible, it violates Twitch’s community guidelines and a ban is issued. This followed immediately after xQc’s action. However, it was not clear how long the Twitch ban would last or if it would hold.
xQc thought it was an “automatic ban” and that he could still do something about it.
This was apparently the exact moment that xQc now regrets.
xQc files an appeal against Twitch ban
This is how xQc reacted: The streamer filed an appeal against the ban with Twitch, but the negative response from Twitch came promptly. The ban remains in effect. xQc is advised to refrain from streaming games that focus on nudity or sex.
The Twitch star is now temporarily banned and has received a strike.

xQc only briefly saw the breasts in Strip 4 and should have stopped the stream immediately
The female streamer “Zombi-Unicorn” viewed the breasts of a barbarian in a character creation clip for Conan Exiles. She commented on it extensively and played with the breast slider. Nothing happened to her.
xQc himself does not think much of these comparisons: He does not want other streamers to get into trouble because of him: “It doesn’t help us if we see others fall,” he says on Twitter.
The way Twitch handles streamer Alinity is criticized as being too lenient.
This is currently a constant discussion around Twitch. Some feel that male streamers are banned for trivialities that are clearly accidents.
In contrast, certain female “favorites of Twitch” seem to have a free pass. Female streamer Alinity Divine is frequently mentioned critically. She has supposedly handled animals strangely on Twitch:
14-year-old Cody “Clix” Conrad was playing Fortnite and streaming the game live on Twitch. After a call, he turned off the camera and muted himself. The Twitch streamer was once again a victim of swatting.
Here was the situation: The Fortnite pro was playing Fortnite and practicing with a friend in Creative mode when he received a call from his father.
These practices in Creative mode are particularly important for Fortnite tournaments, where the young pro has already earned a lot of money.
After the call, he said he needed to turn off his camera and mute his microphone. It was unclear what had happened, but the streamer seemed annoyed about a 15-year-old “Pussy.”

What happened? After the Twitch streamer had muted his stream for about 15 minutes, he came back and said:

The Fortnite pro has not been swatted for the first time
In October 2019, the Twitch streamer was in a live stream where he was participating in a Fortnite tournament. In the middle of the live stream, the police suddenly showed up at his door.
Actually, only PC players should be able to start with the new Warlords expansion in The Division 2 today. However, it seems that Warlords of New York can already be played on all platforms now that the new Title Update 8 is live. Some bugs like MIKE and ECHO are currently dampening the joy of many agents and causing problems. Not everyone can access the game.
Title Update 8 is here: The maintenance for The Division 2 has already been completed today, and the new Title Update 8 is live. The data for the new expansion Warlords of New York has also come into play and is already playable – much to the delight of many fans.
This is how the Warlords launch should actually proceed: Many PC players were looking forward to March 2. After all, it was planned that they could already start with Warlords of New York on 02.03., ahead of schedule – right after the maintenance and the release of TU8.
Players on PS4 and Xbox One were supposed to wait until 0:00 on March 3 before they could also head to New York on their respective platforms. Here are a few highlights from the extensive patch notes.
This is what players are currently happy about: But now agents on all platforms have reason to celebrate. The new expansion is already playable on all platforms – on PC, PS4, and Xbox One. So console players do not have to wait until tonight; they can start right away.
This is how you head to New York: Head to the helicopter. But not to the one on the elevated heli-pad in the courtyard, but to the one in front of the White House.
If you exit the main operations base through the central access to the south, go right and walk onto the lawn where your first major battle took place at the beginning of the game.
A new helicopter awaits you there, which will take you to the new open world of Lower Manhattan. By the way, the new mission “Keener-Search” is also marked for you on the map.
ECHO error after Warlords update – This is what some players are currently frustrated about: Many have already dived into the new content. The only thing currently dampening the joy of some players in The Division 2 are error codes like MIKE, DELTA, or increasingly ECHO.
And although the content is already live on all platforms, unfortunately due to these errors, not every agent can access the game or start in-game with the new content.
Massive is aware of the problem and is already working on a solution.

ARK Genesis has been online for nearly a week now and the critical voices in the community are still loud. One of the problems is flying; it doesn’t work. We will tell you how to manage it anyway.
Genesis, the fourth official expansion to the dino-survival hit ARK: Survival Evolved, is currently receiving a lot of criticism. With a Steam rating of just 38%, the DLC is among the worst expansions of ARK. Our author Sascha Asendorf also has an opinion on this, he finds the biomes too small. However, one of the main problems is flying.
Help, I can’t fly in Genesis!
What’s going on? Throughout the Genesis expansion, players are unable to fly on their flying dinos. They can be tamed, but simply do not take off anymore. An exception is the Space Whale and the TEK Hover Skiff, both of which belong more to the endgame.
The fact that players cannot fly, however, is not the biggest problem. In the Aberration DLC, there were also no flying dinos to tame and players managed. In Genesis, however, there are flying dinos freely roaming in the wild. After taming, they forget their ability to fly, and with TEK armor, flying is impossible. Many players are confused by this decision of the developers.
This is what the community says:
reddit user ToxicSnallygaster writes: “It’s funny that they add new versions of flying dinos and then don’t allow us to fly them.”
reddit user comradejenkens states: “The sad part is that the map offers an open sky and it feels like flying dinos belong there.”
The Solution to the Genesis Flying Problem
It is possible to enable flying in Genesis again. However, this currently only works on private servers and not on the official ones. For players on official servers, Wildcard also has a solution. New Genesis servers are set to go online on March 3rd, which will have special settings.
Building allowed in mission areas
No missions active
Flying allowed
TEK armor fully functional again

This is what you need to do as a private server owner
To enable flying on a private server, there are two options. Either there is already a corresponding “Genesis – allow flying creatures” option from your server host that you need to activate, or you edit the GameUserSettings.ini file.
If you edit the GameUserSettings.ini, you need to add the following command: bForceCanRideFliers=true
With that, you are able to use flying dinos in Genesis again.
The most famous photo in the history of LAN parties is featured in a documentary. It depicts the gamer who was taped to the ceiling.
“We gamers” have sometimes had quite a funny culture, which has changed significantly in recent years. In the past, LAN parties were still quite common, where everyone hauled their computer and huge CRT monitor into a large hall (or a friend’s garage). This led to some pretty funny scenes and curious images. The most famous “LAN meme” that exists as a photo is now getting its own documentary – the gamer who was taped to the ceiling.
A legendary image – it made internet history.
What kind of photo is this? The picture was taken in March 2003 and has made more than just one round on the internet. It stands as a symbol for gamers who won’t let anything get in the way of their hobby – and certainly not a lack of space. The image shows a well-filled room full of PC gamers sitting in front of their computers. One of them apparently couldn’t find a seat and had to resort to another solution: He was simply taped to the ceiling by his friends, so he didn’t take up space on the floor.
So “hanging freely” he still had access to his computer and needed only a little bit of space:

The image has since been shared thousands of times and has been turned into memes over and over again. There have also been wild theories about how the picture came about. Some speculate that it was just a “prank” by friends. Others think it came from a lack of space, and yet others believe it was staged just for the photo. But the truth will likely be revealed now.
What can be seen in the documentary? So far, the documentary has only received a trailer, but it already gives a good impression of what the finished film will look like. Accordingly, the crew of the original LAN party is gathered, and the entire event is revisited. The story of how a simple LAN party turned into an internet legend and what really lies behind this funny image will likely be explored.
How serious is this supposed to be? It should be clear that the documentary does not take itself too seriously. After all, it states that “every generation has a legend” – a rather obvious exaggeration. Like the photo, one should therefore approach this documentary with a pinch of humor and view it as what it will likely be: A little time travel back to 2003, when LAN parties were still common and the craziest things happened there.
An exact release date has not yet been set, but the documentary is expected to be released in 2020.
In Destiny 2, the Trials are coming, but one of the strongest PvP weapons is getting nerfed. We will show you which legendary firearm can compete with The Last Word.
What is happening with The Last Word? The exotic hand cannon “The Last Word” is considered one of the best PvP options – for some, the revolver is even the strongest primary weapon in Destiny 2. Bungie seems to agree and is making some adjustments to this fan-favorite.
The focus will be more on the iconic “fire from the hip” style
Range and stability (especially on PC) will be adjusted
Damage values will be reduced
With these adjustments, The Last Word should feel more like a weapon from the “Wild West”. Exactly how these changes will actually play out will only be known in the Season of Worthy, but the dominance of the cowboy revolver will likely take a notable hit.
If you want to get a worthy replacement for the exotic right now, you can confidently reach for a hand cannon. PvP expert Drewskys says, “Drang is the legendary Last Word.” We will show you which hand cannon he is referring to and how it compares to the cult exotic.
This is the hand cannon in question: The legendary hand cannon “Drang” should be known to most Destiny players as the companion weapon to Sturm. However, even separately, the two lyrically inspired firearms can hit hard.
Drang is classified in the energy slot and is one of the rarer 300 hand cannons. Good stability and excellent handling are strengths of the weapon along with decent aim assist and recoil direction.
Ricochet Rounds – Grants bonuses to range and stability
Full-Auto Trigger System – Only with this will full-auto firing, like with The Last Word, be possible
Zen Moment or Hound – depending on whether you prefer reliability or damage
For the masterwork, you can’t go wrong with range or stability
Configured this way, Drang comes very close to the exotic revolver Primus and PvP terror The Last Word.
The Comparison Between Drang and The Last Word
To better compare the two weapons, Drewskys examines aspects like TTK (time to kill) and effective range. We summarize the key aspects for you here.
Here’s how the damage values look: The Last Word has an optimal TTK of 0.53 seconds (3 headshots) and with 4 body shots, a TTK of 0.8 seconds. These are the current values. Keep in mind that with Season 10, the damage will be adjusted downwards.
Drang has an optimal TTK of 0.6 seconds (4 headshots) and requires a second for 6 deadly body shots. The average TTK is 0.8 seconds, for which you need 2 crits and 3 body shots.
Other burst hand cannons can potentially kill a bit faster, but require significantly more precision or have notable disadvantages in other areas, according to Drewskys.
Drewskys in front of the Bungie HQ in Seattle
Range Comparison: The Last Word currently has an optimal range of 20 meters. If the distance to the enemy is larger, you deal less damage and the aim assist noticeably decreases. This value is achieved through aiming. We don’t yet know how the adjusted range will affect in the next season.
The challenger Drang has a solid 19 meters, until the damage drop-off occurs. The exotic hand cannons have a significantly earlier drop-off:
The reason for this is that Drang uses the zoom factor of a hand cannon, instead of the zoom typical for pistols. This gives you an intrinsic perk of “Fitted Stock”.
Fast, fully automatic firing is the hallmark of The Last Word
The Sniper’s Best Friend: The Last Word is primarily played as a complement to a sniper rifle. Even in Destiny 1, it provided one of the strongest defenses in close combat to quickly counter nasty shotgun rusher.
Drang, on the other hand, is not used in the kinetic slot, but rather in the energy slot. This means you’ll have to use a different sniper. However, this need not be a disadvantage.
What do you think about the legendary replacement for the cult revolver? Are you waiting to see the changes for The Last Word first, or will you dive directly into the Trials with Drang?
Today, there are maintenance works for The Division 2 early in the morning on PS4, Xbox One, and PC. The servers will go offline for a while. During the downtime, Title Update 8 will be released, including game data for the new expansion Warlords of New York. Here you will find the most important information and the official patch notes.
What is the new update about? Today, Title Update 8 (TU8) goes live for The Division 2, bringing numerous changes, such as Gear 2.0 and further RPG elements for all agents.
The preload for the new “Warlords of New York” expansion is also included. As part of the new update, all data needed for your trip to Lower Manhattan in NYC will be downloaded – provided you buy or have already purchased the new addon.
These times are important today:
The maintenance starts at 9:30 AM CET.
At that point, the downtime begins and the Division 2 servers will go offline.
Shortly thereafter, the new update will be ready for download.
If everything goes according to plan, the servers should be back online after two and a half hours, around 12:00 PM.
UPDATE 12:03 PM: The maintenance has been extended by 30 minutes, until 12:30 PM.
UPDATE 12:34 PM: The maintenance has been extended again by 30 minutes, approximately until 1:00 PM.
UPDATE 1:04 PM: The maintenance is now complete and the servers are back online. The cool part: Warlords is now live on all platforms and not just on PC! You can now explore New York on PS4 and Xbox One despite the initial plan. Have fun and good loot, Agents.
Download sizes: Depending on the platform and type of download, the size may vary.
PS4:
The download for a completely fresh, digital installation will initially download the base game with a size of 44 GB, followed by Update 8.1, which will be approximately another 70-74 GB.
A fresh installation from the disc will initially install 44 GB from the medium, followed by an additional download of 70-74 GB.
Players who already have the game installed, including Title Update 7, can expect a download size between 14 and 16 GB to be ready for Warlords.
Xbox One:
For a completely fresh, digital installation, 70-74 GB will be downloaded.
In a fresh disc installation, 44 GB will be installed from the medium, followed by an additional 76 GB download.
Anyone who already has the base game installed along with Title Update 7 will need to download approximately 60 GB.
PC:
A fresh installation – whether digital or disc – will entail a download of 59.83 GB.
For players who already have the base game and Title Update 7 installed, the download will be approximately 42 GB.
The agents return to New York
Importantly: Regardless of whether you purchase the new expansion or not, all players will need to download the full update, including Warlords content, on all platforms. However, only those who purchase the new expansion will gain access to the Warlords content thereafter.
When can you play? As soon as the servers are back online. However, please note:
Due to technical circumstances, PC players will be able to start with the Warlords expansion right after this update.
Console players on PS4 and Xbox One will also be able to play, but they will have to wait until midnight for the new expansion. Warlords of New York will only be available from 12 AM on March 3rd.
What changes with the new update? On one hand, the new expansion “Warlords of New York” arrives. Here you will find some details about the new content:
In a short time, the new expansion “Warlords of New York” for The Division 2 will launch. It brings numerous new features, content, and also marks the beginning of the shooter’s second year. But what does the game offer if one forgoes the big Warlords addon?
What if you forgo Warlords? But not every player wants to buy the new expansion. Some want to wait for initial reviews, while others simply want to check in occasionally and not spend any money on the new addon.
Many of them are wondering what The Division 2 has to offer them at all. And that’s exactly what we want to examine more closely.
This is what you get with Title Update 8 without the Warlords expansion
In short: In principle, everything that is part of Title Update 8 (TU8) is available to all owners of The Division 2 – regardless of whether they buy Warlords of New York or not. Important system updates are received by everyone.
This includes numerous improvements to the game, such as Gear 2.0, changes in skills, or recalibration.
However, those who want to fully participate in the revised and expanded endgame of The Division 2 will have to purchase the new Warlords addon.
These innovations come with Title Update 8 for all players – even without Warlords: Here you can see the most important content in a compact overview:
Heroic difficulty level for all missions
new character heads if you want to create a new character (essentially the ones from part 1)
Improvements in the Dark Zones
the new Gear 2.0 equipment system
reworked “old” (previous) Brand Sets
reworked “old” (previous) Gear Sets
reworked “old” (previous) Exotics
Level 30 version of the 1st raid “Operation: Dark Hours”
new recalibration library for saving talents
overhauled crafting and recalibration
changes to skills (no new skills)
overhauled user interface
overhauled bounty system
maximum level remains 30, but the maximum gear score is now 515 (previously 500)
Furthermore, all content from the base game in and around Washington, including the previous endgame and Year 1 DLCs, can still be played. The 2nd raid will also be available to all players (at level 30 without Warlords) once it is released.
This is what you miss out on if you don’t buy Warlords of New York
What you get with Warlords: The previously mentioned content is available to all players. The following new contents (here only the most important) are only available if you purchase the new expansion Warlords of New York:
New Open World in Lower Manhattan, New York (no new Dark Zone)
New campaign with 5 main and 8 side missions that all connect
Complete colors that color your entire gear and not just specific parts of it. So if you want to have an entirely black backpack, that’s no longer a problem
Directives, a kind of new modifiers to refresh gameplay in main and side missions as well as in the open world
Global difficulty level (aligns the entire game to one difficulty level – including checkpoints)
new legendary difficulty for the faction outposts in Washington
New maximum level 40
new “Level 31 – 40” gear (at level 40 there is no longer a gear score, but only items with varying stats)
SHD levels – a kind of additional leveling system similar to Paragon levels in Diablo 3. This allows you to specifically boost certain attributes of your character after reaching the new max level 40
new old factions (reworked) like Rikers and Cleaners as well as the Last Man Battalion, which has now allied with the Black Tusk
Level 40 version of the first raid “Operation: Dark Hours”
Unlimited Level 30 boost for characters (new character starts at Level 30): can be used an unlimited number of times except in hardcore mode, but the related resource reward is only available the first time
If you are still undecided whether to buy Warlords of New York due to the content – this overview should now provide a comprehensive decision-making aid.
Will you get the new addon or will you forgo it? If you still don’t know what to do with your old equipment before the Warlords expansion – this should help:
The spawn system in Call of Duty: Modern Warfare has been criticized since its release. The world champion Karma addressed the topic on Twitter again, but he didn’t have much hope for improvement.
This is the professional in question: The harsh statements were made by Damon “Karma” Barlow. He has won the Call of Duty World Championship three times and is considered an expert in the shooter. His opinion carries weight.
Karma had a meltdown on Twitter and criticized the spawn system in Modern Warfare. He received a lot of support, and his professional colleagues did not disagree.

How are other players reacting to this? Diverse fans of Karma agree with him. They report that they have spawned countless times and then immediately died.
Other professionals also do not disagree with Karma. While there is no direct agreement, they certainly do not seem satisfied either.
Colleague Christopher “Parasite” Duarte offered to show Karma how to deal with the spawns. His teammate Zer0 says he likes how he uses the word “worst.”
Ridiculous spawn flips, spawn kills, and annoying spawn traps
What is behind the spawn system? There has been harsh criticism since the release in October 2019. The spawns in Modern Warfare are often pure suicide. You spawn somewhere on the map and get taken out immediately.
If you position yourself smartly on the maps, you can easily make over 100 kills and eliminate opponents right at their spawns.
Especially small maps are affected by this. You are never safe from opponents and have to check right at spawn whether you will be taken out again.

It’s no wonder that Karma seems quite hopeless regarding a change to the spawns. It remains to be seen whether Infinity Ward will make a significant spawn change so many months after release.
On Valorant, many new details were released on March 2nd. The shooter from Riot Games, eagerly awaited by professional players, is more similar in gameplay to CS:GO, but visually resembles Overwatch.
What is Valorant? Valorant is a new free-to-play shooter from the makers of LoL, set to release in Summer 2020 and will have a beta beforehand. It was originally announced as Project A and is primarily aimed at fans of tactical shooters.
Valorant may look like Overwatch, but in terms of gameplay, it is inspired by shooters like Counter-Strike. The firearms with their various shooting patterns are at the forefront.
There are precision weapons for shots from long distances, weapons for shorter ranges, and even the classic knife for close combat. A headshot generally ensures that an opponent is taken out immediately.
The precise controls and reactions to hits, coupled with the low health points of the characters, lead to fast-paced, varied, and fun matches.
Even the movements in terms of speed, the ability to crouch, but no option to run, strongly resemble Counter-Strike, as our colleagues at GameStar describe in their preview report.
2. Characters have abilities, but they are not that important
The characters in Valorant, called agents, all have distinct personalities and different abilities. The website Polygon has already provided detailed information on 8 agents from the shooter.
Each character in the game has 3 abilities and an ultimate. However, these are not always available:
Every character always has access to the first ability.
The other two abilities must be purchased, but they are retained over several rounds until the charges are consumed.
The ultimate must be charged by getting kills.
All abilities are intended to play a subordinate role, as a CS expert revealed beforehand. They are meant to be seen more as tactical supplements, as the video above illustrates.
Walls or domes are used to keep opponents away from specific areas or to sneak up unnoticed. Kills, on the other hand, are generally achieved with firearms.
The map in Valorant visually resembles Counter-Strike, albeit in color
3. Characters cannot be switched
Even though the abilities play a secondary role, they do have different advantages and disadvantages regarding attacking or defending on the map.
However, at the beginning of a match, you select a character that cannot be changed afterward. You must play on both sides with him, as you face off against each other in 12 rounds like in CS:GO.

At the beginning of a round, you can purchase weapons and abilities. These can then be used in the match and carried into the next round if you win.
In the currently known 5v5 mode, the goal is to eliminate the opposing team. The attackers, called “The Spike,” also have a bomb that can be planted at various locations.
Tactical skill and team coordination play an important role:
Who goes where?
Who uses which weapons and abilities?
How do we control the terrain?
The maps are also modeled after Counter-Strike. They are straightforward and easy to read, have multiple spots for planting bombs, and offer various options for defenders.
This is what the menu for purchasing weapons and abilities in Valorant looks like
5. Valorant will likely be competitive
In the tests, it has been reported that Valorant has both a casual and a ranked mode. Additionally, the balance and overall structure are said to be perfectly suited for eSports.
Though GameStar reports that Riot Games does not want to enforce eSports officially, all the foundations have been laid for Valorant to potentially succeed there.
However, the situation is different for the LoL auto-chess Teamfight Tactics. Currently, there are complaints that Riot isn’t doing enough for the competitive scene:

The South Korean developer Netmarble (Lineage 2 Revolution) announced a new mobile RPG called Marvel Future Revolution. It not only looks really good, but it could become a mega-seller on iOS and Android.
What is Marvel Future Revolution? It is an action RPG for mobile devices. You choose one of the well-known Marvel superheroes like Captain America, Captain Marvel, Spider-Man, and Doctor Strange. Together with friends, you embark on a journey to defeat numerous enemies, including boss opponents, in a large game world.

What can be seen so far in the first videos looks really good for a mobile game. Visually, Marvel Future Revolution can absolutely hold its own.
What is the mobile game about? A disaster looms, threatening to collide multiple versions of Earth. Superheroes are now trying to save the worlds. You are one of them.

This could be really successful
Why could it become a mega-seller? In this country, mobile games still struggle, especially among core gamers. However, in Asia, they are indispensable in the gaming market and provide developers with mega-profits.
Netmarble is considered a pioneer in the “mobile” sector. With the “Korean Steve Jobs” at the helm, Netmarble recognized the mobile boom early and pushed the established gaming industry forward.
Netmarble has long leveraged the Marvel license and has developed some extremely successful games.

Netmarble’s Marvel Future Fight, for example, was downloaded over 50 million times just two years after its release in 2015. 20 million of the downloads came from Asia, 10 million from the USA, 6 million from Europe, and 2.9 million from the Middle East. By now, it has even surpassed 120 million downloads.
The gameplay of Marvel Future Fight is similar to the upcoming Marvel Future Revolution, only that in the new game, we will be exploring an open world.
It is therefore to be expected that this new mobile game will again be a success, at least in Asia. The business model is not yet known, but it will probably revolve around the sale of cosmetics, as a lot of attention is being paid to costumes.
https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=inpMJIXeZ64
When will Marvel Future Revolution be released? The mobile game does not have a release date yet. The developers do not want to reveal too much about the game at the moment but plan to gradually release new information, including the release date at some point.
The role-playing game will probably be released – like its predecessor Marvel Future Fight – for iOS and Android devices; specific platforms have not yet been mentioned.
MeinMMO author Benedict Grothaus had the opportunity to play DOOM Eternal at PAX East in Boston. Although he failed quite a bit, he had a blast – at least in hindsight.
Kick to the face, pump to the chest, and glory kill! Ha, take that, demon spawn, I will show you who here… and respawn. Well, that didn’t quite go as planned, my first hour of DOOM Eternal. But it was really fun.
At PAX East, I finally got to see for myself the shooter from id Software, the latest installment of the famous DOOM series. As you can read from the title, it wasn’t so easy.
In my test I had the chance to check out the first level of DOOM Eternal as well as take a small ride in the DOOM Fortress. I also got familiar with the various progression systems.

For a few questions, the Associate Brand Manager from Bethesda, Derek Salisbury, was there to help me.
I played on the second easiest difficulty, “Hurt Me Plenty,” which already gave me a run for my money. If DOOM maintains this level of difficulty, I will need a while for my first playthrough.
I wasn’t able to record any gameplay, but I have integrated a bit of gameplay for you further down. My gaming experience was quite similar.
About the author: Benedict Grothaus actually grew up with strategy games and RPGs, but has a certain affinity for shooters. He had already dealt with the genre quite a bit earlier (Captain Quazar), but only really got into it with Call of Duty 2 and later Call of Duty 4: Modern Warfare (2007).
For the past few years, he has been playing a lot and regularly Rainbow Six: Siege, Apex Legends, and Call of Duty (Black Ops 4 and Modern Warfare). Overall, he has already accumulated over 1000 hours in various shooters.

Hard Start,
nothing for Softies
What are the first minutes of DOOM like? The intro to DOOM Eternal is amazing. And I don’t even mean the first few minutes of gameplay, but the intro. Just like in one of the trailers, the much-praised story is told and hard metal shreds in my ears.
This is how DOOM should be, it feels good, especially as a metal fan and as someone who expects exactly that from the shooter. Then it goes straight into the game. I start in a room with not much more than a combat shotgun and ammunition.
For the first steps, I am still pretty guided. The controls (I played with mouse and keyboard) are mostly quite clear, but the game explains to me how to perform glory kills. Weakening enemies, press the button, replenish health points.
Many mechanics are explained in tutorials, here the grenade launcher. Image source: Gamestar.
All of this happens in a confined space, which takes me a bit out of the action. A training room with stationary demons that I am supposed to take out one by one after the explanation. Quickly done, moving on.
Such explanations come up repeatedly in the first level for various actions – such as for killing demons with the chainsaw. Sometimes there is just an info popup that I have to confirm quickly. A little less explanation would also have been fine, but it really doesn’t bother me.
This is how tough DOOM Eternal is: In the first larger room, I am immediately met with dozens of demons, including new enemies with special abilities that are a bit tougher to kill. Here I already notice: They are not stupid, I can’t just mow them down.
Despite the second lowest difficulty, the hellish beings dealt quite a bit of damage to me – so much so that I bit the dust on my first encounter with an elite enemy.
A brain spider like this one took me out for the first time. Image source: Gamepro.
Fortunately, there are extra lives that prevent death for a short while. Unfortunately, I had none of those and wasn’t at any checkpoint either, which meant I had to start over.
As Derek explained to me, it’s not surprising that DOOM Eternal feels so hard. The enemies aren’t any “dumber” on lower difficulties than in older titles. Their behavior is always the same.
Only the damage they deal and the damage I take are affected by higher difficulty levels. This makes DOOM Eternal overall simply harder.
Eternal Gets Better, the Longer You Play
This is how DOOM Eternal plays: The first hour of the game is tough, and until I earned my second weapon, the demons gave me quite a beating. It was a rapid-fire rifle for which I quickly found a sniper mod.
However, I noticed myself that I enjoyed the game more and more towards the end of the level. Despite the good intro, the first half of the first level was rather boring, and then it got better and better, and I would have loved to play Level 2. Unfortunately, that wasn’t possible in this version.
Mechanically, DOOM Eternal is great. Ripping enemies apart with firearms and then sending them to the afterlife with a glory kill feels great over and over again, looks cool, and has an important tactical component for survival, as glory kills grant health.
Chainsaw kills are also important. They grant ammunition.
It takes a little time for me to get the hang of this system and master all the actions correctly. After that, however, it flows better and is more enjoyable. I have a feeling that the longer I play DOOM, the better it gets.
My colleague from Gamestar, Michael Obermeier, also shares the same opinion about DOOM Eternal. Michael has been able to play DOOM a bit longer, but found it just as tricky as I did. We have embedded his video with his assessment here for you:

Visually, DOOM Eternal also makes a statement. The graphics are extremely nice, it runs smoothly, and the glory kills are just amazing. It’s also something for the eye and those with the right hardware can even play at 1000 FPS – if they want to.
Here I was able to pick up a new weapon, a flamethrower, and get a bit familiar with the menu. However, there wasn’t much more to see since the majority of the Fortress can only be unlocked during gameplay.
From videos, I already know what can be discovered there. That’s why I was a bit disappointed to see so little, but I’m also eager to see everything starting from the release on March 20.

Interesting Progress for More Depth: Especially interesting in the Fortress was my first Sentinel Crystal, which provided me with a kind of talent point. They serve as one of the many progression systems in DOOM Eternal.
In response to my questions, Derek was able to explain quite a bit about it. DOOM Eternal offers:
Sentinel Crystals that improve the Slayer’s armor, health, and ammunition and equip him with special perks.
Upgrades for the Praetorian Armor and weapons that are gathered in the game through performance (i.e., killing enemies).
Challenges to unlock special weapons.
Nine different runes that grant special abilities, three of which can be active at the same time and can be switched at any time.
According to Derek, it should be possible to unlock everything in a single run – but it’s really hard. Things like the Sentinel Crystals aren’t too hard to find, but you really have to put in the effort for the upgrades.
However, doing multiple runs is worth it, especially with the new Master Levels that spice up the chosen difficulty with tougher enemies and bosses sporadically scattered throughout the levels. But it’s still too early for me to think about that.
I haven’t been able to check out all the features of DOOM Eternal yet, but I already think I’ll enjoy it. Moreover, more content is supposed to come, which additionally excites me:

The PvP system of Fallout 76 has sparked discussions from the very beginning. As Bethesda’s Pete Hines explained, the team was very surprised by how negatively players reacted to PvP.
What did Pete Hines mean? At the PAX East gaming convention, Pete Hines, Senior Vice President of Global Marketing & Communications, explained that the developers were surprised by how few players liked PvP in Fallout 76.
Well, I mean, ultimately, our intention was always to release the game and see what the players think. Then we wanted to align future game elements with their reactions. I think we were a bit surprised by how few people wanted to participate in PvP and how many were interested in PvE. There are some players who like PvP, don’t get me wrong, but I believe it is a smaller percentage of our player base than we thought.
Pete Hines, Bethesda, at PAX East
PvP in Fallout 76 is not received as well as the developers hoped.
What do Fallout fans want?
What did the fans want then? As Pete Hines himself explains, PvE is more popular than PvP. This can also be seen from the discussions on Reddit. There, the community is already discussing Hines’ statement.
rather_be_a_hobbit says:
“Imagine co-op Morrowind, Skyrim, Oblivion, Fallout 3… This is what people wanted in multiplayer mode. Not Fallout 76.”
Tylorw09 explains:
“It’s obvious what makes Fallout so interesting: it’s the single-player RPG aspects, not the combat.”
Fimbulvetr writes:
“If my decades of playing MMOs have taught me anything, it’s this: most people like the idea of PvP more than actually participating in it.”
Players prefer to spend time on unusual activities rather than PvP, as seen in this story:
In Fallout 76, players are trying to get every disease that exists in the game. There are several reasons for this:
The first person to get a disease receives some atoms in-game currency as a gift
It has developed into a sort of community challenge to get all diseases
It is these PvE things that players have an interest in.

Andreas says: Integrating open PvP into a game with PvE where players complete quests is always difficult. Who wants to be constantly attacked while trying to finish a mission?
Fallout 76 was primarily aimed at Fallout fans. Of course, Bethesda wanted to broaden the target audience and find new fans. But initially, another part of the post-apocalyptic RPG series appeals to the fans. And among these, hardly any associated Fallout with PvP. At least not in the way that Fallout 76 implemented player-versus-player combat.
Fallout was always about exciting stories, interesting NPCs, good, varied quests, and the post-apocalyptic atmosphere. It seems a bit strange to me if Bethesda was genuinely surprised that PvP was received so poorly.
The professionals from FIFA 20 are upset. Two of them reported that they had connection problems during a tournament and therefore should play rock-paper-scissors as an alternative to determine who won.
As an alternative, a few rounds of rock-paper-scissors were supposed to be decisive. The German player Hasan Eker reported that he won 3:1 against his opponent, but not in FIFA 20, rather in rock-paper-scissors.

Professionals are angry – Want to play FIFA and not guess
How is this action received? The affected professional who lost is extremely angry. He cannot understand how one can lose FIFA matches not due to goals conceded but because one lost in rock-paper-scissors.
Shaun “Brandsha” Galea, currently ranked second in the Malta ePremier League, tweeted: “I can’t believe it! We had to play a round of rock-paper-scissors because we couldn’t find each other to invite to an EA-licensed qualification. WTF! I’m done.”

Afterward, he wrote that he would have been angry even if he had won the round of rock-paper-scissors, because he plays FIFA. Winning or losing in other ways is pathetic.
EA says: Pros should have actually both lost
How does EA respond to the accusations? After some time, the developer of FIFA also spoke up.
It was said that no professional was eliminated from the competition because he lost in rock-paper-scissors. Both continued to play and were then eliminated by other players from the tournament.
It is not intended for players to resort to rock-paper-scissors to determine a winner. If a match does not take place due to a “double connection error”, it would count as a loss for both players.
They called the situation “unique” and now want to look into why these problems occurred.

The jabs between Fortnite and Apex Legends continue. Now the Senior Animator “Moy Parra” from Respawn responds to an alleged copy of one of their legends.
This legend was allegedly copied from Fortnite: Fortnite recently added a skin plus set to the item shop. The set is called Crypto and features a “Hacker” dressed in black, white, and green.
At the PAX East gaming convention, Bethesda presented the new Wastelanders update for Fallout 76 and focused primarily on the dialogues. We are almost expecting a new game.
What changes with Wastelanders? A year has passed since the Brandbeasts were defeated. You have returned to Vault 76 and have slept there for a year.
Just when you leave the Vault, you notice the change: NPCs greet you and have the first quest ready for you. Everywhere you now meet Non-Player Characters, who chat with you, offer missions, and tell you what has happened in the past year: Appalachia has been settled.
This is how the dialogues work: With NPCs, conversations naturally come into play. During the dialogues, you can typically for the Fallout series – or for role-playing games in general – choose from multiple response options. Accordingly, the conversation changes. This way, you receive more background information.
Do attributes play a role in conversations? Your stats become very important. This includes the charisma value. Because through it, you can unlock new dialogue options that provide you with more information or certain advantages. For example, you can try to placate an enemy and persuade them not to attack you. If that doesn’t work, a fight ensues, which solves the quest but in a different way.
This is very reminiscent of the single-player parts of the Fallout series. Perhaps even more so than Fallout 3 compared to part 4, as you see complete sentences and choose your responses in the conversations from them.
How does this affect the previous quests? Conversations with robots like Rose or MODUS run differently. You actually converse with the metal buddies, which makes the conversations feel more lively. The quests themselves, however, remain the same.
Andreas says: The gameplay videos from Wastelanders show that we are almost expecting a new game. Fallout 76 now feels much more like a “real” Fallout with the NPCs and dialogues. As a fan, I can now feel how much I’ve missed these interactions with the Non-Player Characters. Now we have to wait until April 7 to give Fallout 76 another chance at the release of Wastelanders.
Because Blizzard doesn’t create an anime for World of Warcraft, the fans take over. How awesome it could look is shown here.
World of Warcraft as an anime adaptation. Just reading these words may send an anticipatory shiver down the spine of many a WoW fan. However, there are currently no signs that Blizzard will fulfill this wish. Therefore, fans continually tackle this task and create anime openings based on well-known templates, but featuring characters from Warcraft. You can admire just such a creation here. The Reddit user starduke999 put in a lot of work to create these nearly perfect 90 seconds:

This is what you can see: The “anime opening” for World of Warcraft shows the well-known main characters who played a significant role in Battle for Azeroth. Characters like Anduin, Thrall, Jaina, Sylvanas, and also Tyrande are staged in typically overdramatic anime poses. Scene by scene, it is modeled after a well-known anime and implemented with meticulous accuracy.
For comparison: This is the original that served as inspiration:
https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=OchozLuSHM0
It belongs to the anime “JoJo’s Bizarre Adventure,” which has not only been used for an extremely large number of memes in recent years but has also served as a template for a cool Overwatch mode.
What would you think of an anime in the Warcraft world? Would that be a suitable format for the story? Or should Warcraft, after the poorly received movie, rather avoid TV and cinema?
In Destiny 2, the new Season 10 starts on March 10. We have summarized for you which seasonal contents will disappear in a week and what you should definitely still do before the Season of Dawn ends.
Why are the contents disappearing? Currently, Destiny 2 relies on a so-called season model. Every three months, a new thematic season is released, bringing new activities, content, and fresh loot.
Since December 2019, Season 9, the Season of Dawn, has been running, but it will end on March 9. After that, the Season of Worthy will start on March 10.
Among other things, finally the return of the Trials of Osiris will be there. What we currently know about Season 10, you can read here:
These seasonal contents will disappear:Bungie has released a list of all the content that Guardians will have to say “good bye” to in the next season. The list includes over 20 items, including quests, activities, and weapons.
At the end of Season 9, the following will disappear:
What you should do: If you haven’t engaged closely or intensely with the current season so far, you will find it difficult to catch up in the remaining week. We have summarized some activities and tasks that are particularly worthwhile, interesting, or quick to master:
If you are on the hunt for the current ritual weapons, keep in mind: The required ranks in PvP, Strikes, and Gambit will be reset with the next season. If you have already invested time in the quests, you should not let your progress go to waste.
The rescue of Saint-14 is one of the coolest tasks in the recent Destiny history. You still have a week to embark on the wonderfully staged time travel.
The Exo quest for “Devil’s Ruin” is not long, but very funny. Therefore, you should have more than enough time to earn yourself an interesting weapon and listen to Lord Shaxx’s singing.
Lastly, you should use the remaining time to stock up your weapon arsenal. Even though the announced “best before date” for weapons is currently causing a stir, you won’t have the opportunity to comfortably acquire so-called God-Rolls for much longer.
If you haven’t challenged Inotam yet, you should hurry
Have you completed all quests, tasks, and triumphs from the Season of Dawn? Have you earned all weapons and items, or is there still a lot on your to-do list?
In which direction Destiny 2 will go in the coming year, the boss himself has personally announced:
In FIFA 20 the TOTW 25 (Team of the Week) is coming soon. Here you will find out which players could be in the next Team of the Week.Mbappe and Coutinho have good chances.
These are TOTW Predictions: The Predictions for the Team of the Week are created by the FUT community and help provide an overview of the players who could be in the next TOTW.
Often the predictions hit the mark and many players are accurately predicted. However, the predictions should not be seen as guarantees.
Prediction for Team of the Week 25 in Ultimate Team
Philippe Coutinho had an outstanding game and contributed 2 goals to the 6:0 final score against Hoffenheim. He also had fantastic passing stats (93 %). For this, he should be rewarded with his third Inform card in FUT 20.
This could be Coutinho’s 3rd Inform
Lars Stindl was the strongest player on the pitch. He scored 2 goals and provided 1 assist in his team’s 3:2 victory against FC Augsburg. A 2nd TOTW card should therefore be guaranteed for him.
When does TOTW 25 come: From Wednesday, March 4 at 7:00 PM, you can find the new TOTW cards in FUT 20.
How you can use the predictions now: If you want to earn some coins in FUT, you can use the predictions for that. What you should consider is explained here:
