The “Crown Clash” event is coming to Pokémon GO. You can develop Caesurio for the first time and thus obtain Gladimperio.
When does the event take place? The Crown Clash event starts on Saturday, May 10, 2025 at 10:00 AM and runs until Sunday, May 18, 2025 at 8:00 PM.
How can I obtain Gladimperio? You can obtain Gladimperio by developing Caesurio. To do this, you need to take Caesurio as your buddy and defeat 15 Dark or Steel Pokémon in raids. You only need to have Caesurio as your buddy and do not have to actively complete the raids with the Pokémon.
You get Caesurio by developing Gladiantri. You can currently obtain it from various eggs. During the event, you can also find Gladiantri in level 1 raids and with a bit of luck in the wild.
Crown Clash – All Event Content
What new Pokémon are there in the event? In addition to the debut of Gladimperio, you can also obtain 2 costumed monsters for the first time in the game. These are Nidoqueen with a crown and Nidoking with a crown. Both monsters can be found in level 3 raids. The chance of encountering a shiny is also increased for both monsters.
What Pokémon can be found in the wild? During the event, you can encounter the following monsters in the wild:
- Slowpoke*
- Slakoth*
- Prinplup*
- Heracross*
- Snivy*
- Leafeon*
- Gladiantri* (rare)
All monsters marked with a * can also be encountered as shiny.
What monsters are there in raids? If you want to dive into raids during the event, the following Pokémon are waiting for you.
Level 1 raids:
- Sniebel*
- Klikk*
- Gladiantri*
Level 3 raids:
- Nidoqueen with a crown*
- Nidoking with a crown*
Monsters with a * can also appear in their shiny form.
What bonuses are there in the event? The event will also come with special bonuses that will be active during the event. These include:
- increased shiny chance for Nidoqueen with a crown, Nidoking with a crown, Leafeon, Heracross, and Slowpoke
- double experience points when you develop a Pokémon
- if you catch a Slowpoke, you can receive a King’s Rock
More event content: There will again be event field research that you can complete. There will be PokéStop showcases with event monsters as well as a collector’s challenge.
