New World has finally launched, but many pre-order customers are wondering where the items from the pre-order bonus are. But don’t worry, your items are already there, you just might not have found them yet. When will the bonus items be unlocked? Amazon’s new MMORPG New World has recently launched and many players have already expressed their trust in the developers beforehand and made pre-orders. In return, there was a bunch of cool items, including a magical amulet, skins for a weapon and armor, emotes, a digital artbook, and a dog as a pet.
According to Amazon, all these items will be unlocked with the game release on September 28th at 08:00 AM. However, many players are currently complaining that they cannot find the items anywhere. There was also no letter in the game or anything like that from which to obtain the items.
So where is the pre-order loot?

Where do I find the pre-order items? Early rumors suggested that the pre-order items would only be available with the final launch of the game in the western USA at 05:00 PM.
But that was just a rumor, because in truth, all the items are already there. You just need to know where they are. Proceed as follows:
- Open your inventory
- Click on the weapon or armor of your choice
- Select the cosmetic of your choice from the menu
- Your weapon or armor now has a different look.
The magical amulet should either be in your inventory or – as various players report – already automatically equipped once the tutorial was completed. So better check your neck.
Where is my dog? The only exception is the dog. It will only appear when you can adequately care for it. This means you must first reach level 20 and unlock the housing. Then the doggo can move in with you.
What about Twitch Drops? The method described here for cosmetics also applies to Twitch Drops. Once you have received them, they should be available in the game automatically and without any further action on your part.
