When will the PS5 be available for purchase? So far in 2021, there have been no major offers, but only small isolated sales. However, that should change this week.
Already in January, a new wave for February was hinted at. As the website Gameswirtschaft now reports, large quantities of consoles are expected to arrive in Germany this week. They themselves describe the action as “PS5Tsunami”, which will come in “several strong waves”.
Although the overall supply is expected to be large, it still will not be enough for all interested buyers. According to Gameswirtschaft, 3 million units are expected to be sold in the first quarter of 2021 (by the end of March). In 2020, 4.5 million PS5 consoles were delivered to players.

Pay attention to the right shops and times
When will consoles be available? The PS5 is often offered for sale in the morning and around noon. Therefore, you should keep an eye out particularly between 8:00 and 11:00 and at Amazon also at noon from 13:00 to 15:00.
In the afternoon and especially in the evening, there are usually no new offers. Only technical problems occasionally caused shops to offer their goods later than planned.
