The Vanshee is a new online RPG for PC. The game from Japan showcases action-packed and combo-heavy battles in its first trailer, as well as photorealistic graphics. The release is planned for 2021 on the Steam platform.
What kind of game is this? In The Vanshee, you fight in a post-apocalyptic world in big cities and forests against various monsters. Weapons like swords and scythes, as well as firearms like rifles are used. There will be no fixed classes.

When will the game be released? According to the website MMOCulture, the early access release is still planned for 2021 on Steam (via MMOCulture). There is no exact date yet. It is also unclear whether it will initially only be released in Korea or worldwide in 2021.
Multiplayer, beautiful graphics, and no fixed classes
What is known about the game so far? The Vanshee will be an action RPG with an online feature. In the trailer, primarily one character is seen alone in the fights, but a multiplayer feature has already been confirmed.
The developers have also announced that there will be no fixed classes. The playstyle will depend on your equipment, which you can unlock and upgrade through crafting and enhancements.
The game is being developed in Unreal Engine 4. The developer described the graphics as “photorealistic,” which at least the trailer shows. However, there are no further details available yet.
Where does the information come from? The Japanese developer LINE Games held a media event in South Korea and announced several new games, including The Vanshee.
What kind of company is this? LINE Games is based in Tokyo and was founded in 2000 as a subsidiary of a Korean company. The developer is primarily known for Icarus Eternal, a mobile version of the MMORPG Riders of Icarus, and Smash Legends, also a mobile game.
However, The Vanshee is set to be a purely PC game. Additionally, LINE Games is currently working on an MMORPG for PC, but there is no detailed information about it yet.
