Based on the Netflix series Arthdal Chronicles, Netmarble is developing an MMORPG. Recently, the developers showcased the core features of their game in several videos.
What kind of game is Arthdal Chronicles? “Arthdal Chronicles: Three Factions” is an upcoming MMORPG that takes inspiration from a South Korean Netflix series and addresses the conflicts between various factions of the land of Arth.
Recently, multiple videos were released on the official YouTube channel of the MMORPG Arthdal Chronicles, providing extensive insights into the various gameplay features.

Arthdal Chronicles showcases character editor, game world, and battles
For example, the character editor was introduced on YouTube, where you can choose from four different classes (Warrior, Fighter, Archer, and Priest). Here, you also have the option to generate various avatars randomly with a mouse click.
In another YouTube video, you will be shown the open game world. Exploration will play an important role in the MMORPG. For example, you will find scattered crates in the environment, gather resources, and take care of sufficient food.
The combat gameplay will also be shown in more detail. In one video, you can see the PvE battles, where several players aim to defeat massive bosses, such as a giant scorpion. Additionally, dungeons and raids await you in Arthdal Chronicles.
Furthermore, there will also be PvP combat available (see the video above). Here, large battles will take place where numerous players from two factions fight each other.
When will Arthdal Chronicles be released? The MMORPG is set to be released in Korea, Taiwan, Hong Kong, and Macau later this April.
Additionally, an international release of a global version is also planned. However, the exact date for this has not yet been announced.
On which platforms will Arthdal Chronicles be available? As announced by Netmarble, the game is set to be released for both mobile and PC.
