However, unlike Deep Rock Galactic, the new title will not be played from a first-person perspective and will feature a top-down view.
Moreover, the developers describe the game on Steam as a “survivor-like auto-shooter.” This means that Deep Rock Galactic: Survivor departs from the path of the first-person cooperative shooter and takes the surprise hit “Vampire Survivors” as a model.
Nevertheless, you will take on the role of a bloodthirsty and heavily armed dwarf, fighting against alien hordes with brute force. This time, however, alone – Deep Rock Galactic: Survivor does not offer a cooperative mode.

What is Vampire Survivors? Vampire Survivors is a popular indie game that enjoyed a huge hype in 2022. Today, the game has over 177,000 reviews on Steam, with a strong 98% positive rating.
Game-wise, Vampire Survivors relies on a simple principle, wrapped in a pixelated retro style. You are in a top-down perspective and control a character using the WASD keys, fighting monsters on an open area. They approach from all sides, and you must try to survive for 30 minutes.
The title was released on December 17, 2021, in early access. In October 2022, Vampire Survivors celebrated its official release.
