The action MMO Blue Protocol looks like a playable anime. The developers are now looking for employees for an English localization. Therefore, we can also hope for a release here.
What is Blue Protocol? In the summer of 2019, Bandai Namco announced a new online action RPG. The first videos and screenshots look like they are from an anime. The story seems somewhat standard with a world on the brink, but it has a unique feature: the heroes are supposed to travel through time to change the future. This time travel element could represent an interesting feature.

What special features does the game offer? Not much is currently known about Blue Protocol. It looks like a playable anime and offers action-packed battles. A video shows battles that are really extremely fast and spectacular.

Now it seems that these plans may have actually changed. Because a localization manager for the English language is being sought. This person will be responsible for translating the UI, the cutscenes, and all texts. This indicates that an English version of Blue Protocol is planned, and we may be able to play the online game in the West as well.

In a video, the YouTuber Cryy explains that he has already been able to play Blue Protocol, and for him, it is an MMORPG. In the cities, you will encounter many players. You will also meet other players in the wilderness. The party size is said to be 6 people, but many more are running around. It could be that the zones have a player limit, but Cryy is not sure about this and there is no official information on this.
There is no open world, but there are huge zones that almost feel like an open game world.
According to Cryy, Blue Protocol definitely feels like an MMORPG, even though it has action-packed battles and no open world.
