“More trouble than it’s worth” – Trainers discuss which monsters in Pokémon GO ruin their day

Not every monster in Pokémon GO makes trainers scream with joy. The community is discussing which Pokémon can even ruin their day.

With several hundred Pokémon available in Pokémon GO, every trainer probably has one or another monster that they hold dear. Whether it’s for personal reasons or because they belong to the strongest attackers in Pokémon GO.

However, some trainers on Reddit show that it can be different. Here, there is a lively discussion about which Pokémon they don’t want to catch at all. And even less do they want to see when an egg is being hatched.

Waste of time

Which Pokémon are trainers unwilling to catch? The Pokémon that trainers do not catch mainly include the following Pokémon:

• Yanma
• Kapoera
• Smogon
• Sleima
• Zubat

Why do trainers skip the catch? The reasons why trainers can’t stand these Pokémon and refrain from a catch are varied. One of the reasons that is often mentioned is the low probability of catching the Pokémon.

Some Pokémon, like Kapoera, have a very low catch probability. When combined with a high flee rate, this can be very frustrating for trainers.

While some Pokémon, such as Yanma, have a very small area that needs to be hit to catch, some other Pokémon move a lot. This can also lead trainers to decide against a catch. This is the case with Zubat, for example.

Also, the fact that a Pokémon has been very common in the game lately can create aversion among trainers.

Furthermore, trainers forgo catching Pokémon that are simply not very strong or do not have evolutions.

Which Pokémon do trainers not want to find in eggs? It can also be very frustrating to hatch an egg after many kilometers, only to receive a Pokémon that offers no advantage to the trainers or has been hatched very frequently already.

There are also some examples from the community of Pokémon that they would rather not hatch from eggs:
