Capcom has released a roadmap for Monster Hunter World: Iceborne. There you will see which free updates you can expect until early 2020.

What new content is coming to Monster Hunter World: Iceborne?
Rajang and new interior design: On October 10, the 1st DLC monster will come to Monster Hunter World: Iceborne. This will be the brawler Rajang. In addition, expansions for your private space will be available.
Horizon Zero Dawn and Monster Hunter World: In November of this year, another collaboration with Horizon Zero Dawn is expected – this time for the “The Frozen Wilds” DLC. This is the first of three quests of the event.
In the base game of Monster Hunter World, there was already a collaboration with Horizon Zero Dawn. There you could craft a skin, a weapon, and armor sets.
New monster, new event, and more Horizon Zero Dawn: A new monster has been announced for December. An event called Astera Festival is also on its way to us.
Additionally, the collaboration with Horizon Zero Dawn: The Frozen Wilds will continue with Quest 2 and 3.
Event for the two-year anniversary of Monster Hunter World: In January 2020, the release of Monster Hunter World on consoles will be celebrated for the second time. This will again be celebrated with an anniversary event similar to the Festival of Gratitude.
