The BAR assault rifle was a strong choice shortly after its release in Call of Duty: Warzone, but suffered from its high visual recoil. After substantial buffs in Mid-Season 3, the rifle is trying to make a comeback in the weapon meta, and fans of range lasers should check this out.
The BAR is such a typical rifle that must not be missing in any Call of Duty with a World War setting. Especially its low fire rate gives the assault rifle a solid recognition feature.

The BAR is currently a very stable laser assault rifle that is easy to handle and also scores well in damage.
You’re not getting a mobility monster or the craziest flyer here, but a solid assault rifle option that doesn’t require much from you. If you want it even more stable, choose “Perk 1” as “Sleight of Hand”.

The major disadvantage of the extremely stable BAR is the sluggish fire rate. If a shot actually goes wide, the time-to-kill increases more than with the competition.
The weapon meta in Warzone is no longer as strict as it was in the first 1.5 years of the battle royale. The weapons no longer vary as much, and your preferences weigh more.
