After the last few days of bad vibes in the Sauercrowd community, Twitch streamer Metashi12 speaks his mind again. The death of his hardcore character has hit him hard.
Why is Metashi12 talking about this? In the past few days, the atmosphere within the Twitch community regarding Sauercrowd seemed tense. This is mainly due to the many deaths of participants, which leads to demotivation. Crisis meetings have already been convened.
One of the founding members, Metashi12, also expressed discontent when his hardcore character died at level 58.
After the streamer and two other players could not escape the swamps of despair alive, he started a second character. At the same time, he also says that he is not very motivated to level a third hardcore character. Instead, he is considering the expansion Burning Crusade, which he wants to try out.
This statement not only caused bad vibes within the community, but also with another founding member, HandOfBlood: According to him, Metashi should set a good example as one of the event leaders. Now Metashi12 speaks again about the situation.
“I had such mental pressure”
What does Metashi12 say now? Metashi12 commented on what he said during his stream. He made it clear that he meant his statement about not wanting to play anymore after the death of his second character.
He further explains that he is emotionally very involved in the event, which led to such a statement. Although the death of his warrior was already 4 days ago, he was still shaken by it.

I had such mental pressure that I put on myself, that when I died… Dude, I was sadder when my character died than when my grandmother died.
Metashi12 wants to revise his statement and promises: Should his current character also die, even at level 60, he would start again in hardcore WoW. However, he also does not rule out playing TBC on the side.
Even though the WoW project has been running for a while and the initial motivation is slowly fading, many Twitch streamers are still involved.
