The YouTube format Manhunt is entering its third round and introduces its participants in a video. The community is already excited in the comments.
What is this YouTube format? It is about the YouTube show Manhunt. A group of participants must remain undiscovered for several days and survive while on the run in a city. The participants are hunted by a “task force” that is closely on their trail.
In Season 1, they had to fight their way through Vienna; in Season 2, the participants were chased through Bangkok.
The winner is whoever manages to last the entire specified time without being caught. Participants may run away or hide.
The format is another YouTube show that can be classified in the survival genre along with 7 vs. Wild and The Race. Fritz Meinecke, the creator of 7 vs. Wild, reacted to the episodes of Manhunt from Season 2 on his Twitch channel and seemed thrilled. He described the season as “awesome” and found it exciting overall (Source: YouTube).

Which participants are involved? For Season 3, Manhunt has mixed a special blend of content creators. The following individuals are participating:
- Uwe “FlyingUwe” – YouTube legend, fitness and MMA influencer; has already participated in Season 4 of 7 vs. Wild
- Anika “Sintica” – Twitch streamer and DJ; has a lot of travel experience
- Etienne / Ette – Freerunner and parkour athlete; creates content about it on his YouTube channel
- Ferhat – kept the task force on their toes in Season 1 of Manhunt; former boxer and coach on YouTube
- YouTuber Daniel Jungl – creates travel content on YouTube; previously participated in Season 1 of The Race and won the format
- Fabio Schäfer – survival YouTuber Fabio Schäfer, who also attempted Season 1 of 7 vs. Wild
- Sabrina Outdoor – survival YouTuber with experience from 7 vs. Wild, but from Season 2
- Marco from TaccosWorld – ventures with his YouTube audience into lost places and other adventures
- Wildcard winner Janna – a headhunter by profession, with little reach but a lot of courage
The lineup for this year’s season of Manhunt is colorful and the game directors are already looking forward to the broadcast. They emphasize that filming the show was exhausting and very costly.
Community is excited for the start
How is the community reacting? The comments under the YouTube video seem to be eagerly awaiting the start of Season 3. In any case, they are excited about the selection of participants:

When does Season 3 start? The two game directors have not yet disclosed a start date, but they give a hint: On August 15, each of the participants uploaded a short or reel on their channel containing hidden messages about when it is supposed to start. However, there should soon be a separate announcement video about this.
Currently, 7 vs. Wild is also on its way to a new season. Season 5 of the survival format has nothing to do with creator Fritz Meinecke, but is supposed to be one of the toughest seasons.
