Amazon released a blog post last night that finally reveals the exact launch times for Lost Ark. We now also know when you can preload and which servers will be available at launch. Even the times for the Weekly Resets are now known.
When can you download Lost Ark? The preload for the game begins on Monday, February 7, at 5 pm GMT or 6:00 pm German time. It does not matter whether you own one of the preorder packages and can start on February 8, or if you are waiting for the free-to-play variant on February 11.
Anyone who wants to play Lost Ark can download the 50 GB that the game requires in advance starting Monday. This should ensure that you can get started on time. The download of Lost Ark is exclusively via Steam.
When can you play? Now the differences between free-to-play players and those who preordered one of the packages begin. The preorders among you can start on February 8 at 6:00 pm, exactly 24 hours after the preload begins.
Those who did not purchase Lost Ark will have to wait another three days and can then start playing on February 11 at 6:00 pm.

How do the preorder packages work? If you haven’t preordered the game yet and become envious while your friends are playing on the 8th, that’s no problem. You can also purchase the packages between February 8 and 11 and gain immediate access to the game.
The bonuses of the packages will be automatically added to your inventory if you purchased them directly via Steam. If you preordered through Amazon, you will receive a key that you must activate in Steam to receive the items.
No German servers at launch
What servers are available? For now, we will have access to 9 different servers in Central Europe. However, there is no dedicated German server. Lost Ark is thus focusing more on mixing communities from various countries and building a broader player base on the servers.
Nonetheless, large communities have already joined forces and designated unofficial servers for some countries. Accordingly, Asta is likely to be favored by the German-speaking community.
The following servers can be chosen from February 8 for Central Europe:

- Kadan
- Trixion
- Calvasus
- Thirain
- Zinnervale
- Asta
- Wei
- Slen
When are the resets? Many activities in Lost Ark are limited in that you can only perform them a limited number of times per day or week. Thus, it is also important to know when a new day begins for the server and when you can resume your adventures.
The daily and weekly resets occur at 1 am server time. The time differences of the various regions, as well as daylight savings time, are taken into account. For the Central Europe server, the time difference is UTC +1.
This means for us that the reset will take place at 2 am in winter and at 3 am in summer.
A little tip: Don’t let the clock in the game confuse you. It does not show your PC time, but always the time of the server you are playing on. If you check the time in the game, the reset will occur at 1 am.
