The MMORPG Throne and Liberty is approaching its preliminary climax. For the first time, the guilds are fighting for the throne and you can also snag something for yourself.
What kind of battle is this? In Throne and Liberty, everything revolves around the eponymous throne. This gives the ruling guild significant power over the other players. They gain the ability to set taxes, block the purchase of certain items, and access a new guild base.
Above all, the battle concerns a lot of Luzent and Sollant. Both currencies have been collected via the auction house taxes since the beginning of the game and have thus accumulated more than is usual in the standard, two-week cycle.
In the treasury chambers of the castles, over 1.5 million Luzent now lie on many servers, which translates to around €25,000. You can seize part of it, even if your guild is small.

How can a small guild benefit from the battle? While the large and powerful guilds fight for the throne, the goal of smaller guilds is different. They can secure a lot of Luzent for their players by taking control of the so-called loot zones.
The loot zones are spread out in the castle cliff watch and gradually grant your guild more Luzent and Sollant after taking control, depending on how long you maintain control. Every 5 minutes, a payout occurs that rewards you.
Unlike many other bosses, the objectives differ here for small and large guilds. The large guilds must guard or take the throne and will have little time to take care of the loot zones.
The Luzent is deducted directly from the account of the castle’s winners before they receive their share. This means that small guilds can significantly reduce the loot of the large ones.
When does it start? The siege of the castle takes place on Sunday afternoons at 4:00 PM or 5:00 PM. Due to the clock change, there has been a shift in the event, which is why it is still unclear whether the battle will take place at 4:00 PM as announced or at 5:00 PM, as noted in the in-game calendar.
