In Pokémon GO the Rocket Team outing started on April 3rd. The event brings the two new Pokémon Molunk and its evolution Amfira. Additionally, there is Crypto Latias at Giovanni. We show you all the bonuses.
What is this event about? Team GO Rocket will be found significantly more often in the game in the coming days. There are new Pokémon, Crypto Latias, a special event box, and the opportunity to forget Frustration from Pokémon.

Rocket Event starting April 3rd – All content
When does it start? The “Rocket Team outing” event started on April 3rd right at midnight (00:00 hours). It will be active until Thursday, April 7th, at 23:59 hours. The times refer to local time.
New Pokémon: You will encounter Molunk and Amfira in Pokémon GO for the first time. Both are of the Poison and Fire type and originate from the 7th generation of games. If you collect 50 Molunk candies, you can evolve female Molunk into Amfira.
How can you capture Molunk? From the beginning of the event, they can be found in the 12 km eggs. Please note that only the 12 km eggs received after the event starts count.
New Crypto at Giovanni: There will be a change in Giovanni’s lineup. The Rocket Boss will use Crypto Latias starting from the event’s start, which you can catch after a successful battle against him.
In line with the event, there will be a special research task that rewards you with a Super Rocket Radar. This will allow you to meet and battle Giovanni. We will show you all the tasks and rewards of the special research here:
New Cryptos: The other members of Team GO Rocket will also use different Cryptos. Cliff, Sierra, and Arlo change their lineup, and the Grunts will also use different Pokémon. Take a look at the new Crypto finds from PokeMiners for this.

What bonuses are there? The event ensures that you find members of Team GO Rocket more frequently at PokéStops and in balloons.
Additionally, you can use Charge TMs so that Crypto Pokémon can forget the Charge Attack Frustration.
For completing field research tasks, you can expect rewards including Sniebel or Zurrokex.
Additionally, there will be an event box for 1,275 coins, which brings you 10 Ultra Potions, 10 Ultra Revives, and 5 Rocket Radars.
