In FIFA 23 Ultimate Team, a curious problem is causing quite a confusion among fans, as cards suddenly have injuries without being displayed. But what is behind it?
Update, April 20: Meanwhile, EA Sports has spoken out and confirmed that this is a visual bug.
In the FIFA community, uncertainty is spreading, as more and more players are reporting (via Reddit) cards in their Ultimate Teams that suddenly display injuries.
However, instead of the injuries being displayed with a symbol, as is normally the case, the respective injury can only be recognized at second glance. You need to display the card values in detail and check the “injury” field under the “Attributes” tab.

If this is not done, no match can be started, and you must cover the position with another card.
The community is uncertain about the extent of the problem
This is what the community says: On Reddit, the topic is sparking quite a conversation, as players are unsure whether the affected cards actually play worse or if it is just their imagination. We have collected a few comments for you.

What is behind the hidden injuries? EA Sports hasn’t commented on the curious situation so far. However, it could very well be that this is just a visual glitch, as you cannot apply a healing item to the corresponding players.
