What kind of game is this? Banishers: Ghosts of New Eden is a new action role-playing game from DON’T NOD, which will be released on February 13, 2024, on Steam.
This fantasy adventure takes place in North America in 1695 and follows the tragic fate of a couple who have made it their mission to hunt down evil spirits and send them to the afterlife.

What does the trailer show? The trailer first gives you a good taste of the story and the tragic fate that you will experience in Banishers. The couple Red and Antea travels the land together as ghost hunters until one day the woman dies.
However, she remains on Earth even as a ghost, and even though she now belongs to the things she so despises, she continues to fight alongside her husband.
During your journey and your fight against the spirits, you search for a way to free Antea from her new fate. How far you are willing to go for this lies in your hands.
In battle, you use weapons and your new ghost powers
As a player, you can switch between the two characters and utilize their different fighting styles. As seen in the trailer, Red fights with various weapons, while Antea uses her new ghost powers.
